Terrible Experience with Ethiopia Airlines Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ethiopia Airlines. I booked a direct flight online, and after making the payment, the flight was cancelled. When I reached out to customer service, the agent named Ermias informed me that I needed to pay again, nearly double the original price, to rebook the flight. Unfortunately, I mistakenly paid the additional amount. To make things worse, the new flight I was rebooked on was not direct, but had multiple connections.
I emailed them requesting a refund for the additional amount I was charged, but their response was frustrating. They told me that refunds cannot be issued online and that I would need to physically visit their office to resolve the issue. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has made what was already a stressful situation even worse. I’m extremely disappointed with how Ethiopia Airlines handled this, and I would caution others to be aware of their refund policies and service.

Errors
I had a hard time getting into my account. The verification process takes forever. When you send an email I don’t get it right away. You get tied of it and give up. So I suggest you fix this problem if you don’t want people to go to other airlines for tickets. Thanks

My family and I fly quite a bit Ethiopian Airlines as # one means of choice transportation to Africa and the globe and we’re still content with it but I have only one advice for the management to go back to their original ways of hospitality treatment, tidiness, the smell, and consideration!!

Ethiopian airlines are dangerous, criminals, and racist towards fellow African and refugee's
Ethiopian airlines are criminals in which they lower 3 kg of kilos from refugees from every bag which they only allow 20 kg instead of 23 kg
They move illegal prisoners for money purposes instead of caring lifes of people and move prisoners for dictator gov'ts
Lost bags and make people pay extra money especially to refugees and fellow africans
