Worst Airlines apps ever
In general poor in online booking poor customer service poor application apps don’t why they don’t give it to someone can do better

Useless
This app works so poorly it is essentially useless.
Ethiopian would have been better served to pay Lufthansa or United a license fee to use their apps with Ethiopian branding.
This app doesn’t work consistently to provide easily usable and necessary functions like boarding passes, correct flight information, or the ability to change flights.
The ShebaMiles information doesn’t update in a timely manner and doesn’t let the user see detailed account information.
If the company isn’t serious about fielding a quality app, they shouldn’t have one at all. This just makes the airline seem substandard from the get-go.

Headache
It give me a headache because it asks me a lot for a telephone number and when I put the phone number it didn’t accept
Crashes
Every time I try to select a departure date, the app crashes. How am I supposed to get my 10% off when I can’t even get past the first page? Terrible.
