The app and website is blank. I tried downloading the app but I get a blank purple screen. I tried “Get Started” online and I get a blank white screen..!?JaePPD
Too Many Bugs
I’ve had to reconnect my account constantly and have had issues linking my student loan payments. The app also freezes causing you to reinstall in order to unfreeze it. This app could potential be very helpful but there are too many issues.Vonny Jay

Not accurate
The app is not helpful at all. None of my employers were listed, it gave incorrect information about my eligibility for payment plans and loan forgiveness. It wasn’t able to consider my individual income for IBR plans considering I file married and separate. It really just wasn’t helpful at all.piyogirl32
Tears of joy!
After applying for student loan forgiveness on my own for many years, I found Chipper from a fellow teacher that had student loans forgiven. I thought maybe I would get a few thousand forgiven if I was lucky - but I received notice from Navient that I had $17,500 forgiven! I cried and was in a state of shock!! I got forgiven $5,000 off my student loans!
I graduated with my Masters in reading education back in 2015. I've been making monthly payments toward my loans ever since. But it just feels like the majority of my payments are going straight toward the interest and the principal is just hanging in there waving at me! Luckily, I stumbled across Chipper!

Love Chipper!
I was extremely skeptical when I came across Chipper but I am so glad I gave them a try. Jessica and Chipper have been a life saver! I am so grateful for their help! I was drowning in student loans and the amount I was expected to pay a month, over $1000, was impossible. But thanks to Jessica and Chipper I was able to consolidate all of my federal loans into one and then get onto the right payment plan for me. I am so grateful! I am now enrolled into the PSLF program and am on the path to having all of my loans forgiven! That’s $94,212 forgiven!!! I can breathe again. Thank you Jessica and Chipper!
