I can’t even begin to tell you what a great app this is and the staff I have worked with personally, Jessica, and owner, Tony! Always available to help out with feedback or chats when I ask a question.
Another bonus is the Chipper loan feature: *this has helped me so much in reducing my loan and monthly payments
*you will spend $15-40 on something anyway you might as well use it to reduce your student loan and pay it off early

Horrible Customer Service for a Scam
I have had an issue since September where money is being pulled from my account but isn’t being paid toward my loan. I contacted customer support months ago and they won’t respond to my messages when I try to contact them. Not Working
The app has recently stopped working oneand my wife's phone. Just sits on the loading screen.crm25
Helpful to pay off loans
I found the app to be very helpful in paying off student loans. In less than a year, chipper paid over $900 towards loans just by putting spare change and weekly round ups.

Getting Better. But Not Quite There Yet
Fixed previous bugs. But the boost page isn’t working for adding one time payments. Plus if friends and family try to use boost they can’t choose “other” to make a smaller payment. 1 Star to 2. I really want this app to get to 5 stars and really take off 🙂Boarderlove

Hi Boarderlove, I'm sorry you've had a frustrating experience. You can easily delete linked loans by swiping left on any loan. Please reach out to tony@chipper.app if you have any other issues.
