Needs some work
Most annoying is that the service address is not printed on bill. Just billing. I have 2 accounts. Both go to same billing address. I can’t have a combined account so 2 different log in’s and I’m confused which one I’m in. It doesn’t show service address on app either. The same phone number is on both. When I call they can never seem to find the one account. I hate calling but I can’t use chat feature with live agent as the app says there’s an issue with the account. Useless. Really annoying because it’s an internet service. You’d think that’s have decent interface.
