I can’t believe how great these guys are! The app is incredibly useful with all kinds of reference materials, but the best part is their free phone tech support. It’s like having an experienced senior tech by your side on the job.
The guys that answer the phones have years of experience, often decades, and freely pass along their knowledge and wisdom.

Best app for me…
I was stuck and doubting myself on a repair and decided to try out the app. I seen where you can talk to a live tech and said “I wonder how much this would be?” Long story short this guy brain was cool and helped me out and best part everything is free. Idk about you guys but that guy reassured me that I was doing everything right. I got paid and asked him how could I pay you guys back he said they don’t want money. Glitch
I just downloaded the app 2 days ago and now when I go into the app it just stays on the loading screen and eventually times out and kicks out. I have a brand new iPhone 13 and I’m up to date with iOS. What’s happening Here?_st0rm

I’ve been using the Bluon app for over a year. I love the fact I can look up the manuals on so many units. You can get wiring diagrams and other important information. I’ve used their tech support twice and the wait time was minutes not hours like some manufacturers tech support. Top notch if your not using the app. you lose.Show lessMeharrison58

I’m just getting back into the industry. I came across an add for Bluon and thought; “this has got to be a large monthly subscription”. I though that because there was no price in the add. Turns out they are an honest to goodness set of people that just want to help! I can’t believe the information they provide and the support, is free!!!! Best Tech Support
I was having trouble diagnosing a variable speed air handler and the Tech Support I spoke with walked me step by step to make sure I didn’t miss anything. After me and him both scratching our heads the Technician sent me a ECM motor testing kit FOR FREE! They had it sent out in just a couple days! Thanks Bluon! HVAC help
I am an older guy 58 years old and I only have 150 hours of training through night school, I am EPA certified, I don’t do this from my regular job but with this App I can go into things with way more confidence because I know that at any time I can make a phone call to customer support and talk to someone with 30 to 40 years experience and everybody that I have spoke to and I’ve relied on this app probably more than most they have been incredibly nice. They have been very helpful and sometimes when I get somebody that doesn’t do the refrigeration part that I’m most interested in , They will text a friend that has more experience in that type of refrigeration and even then other times they’ve taken down my number and called me back I just don’t know where I would be without this app please sign up you won’t be sorryShow lesstriplej62 ny
Bluon
Is my go to retrofit refrigerant. Don’t know about the Tech Suport never needed it. And I love my Bluon hat.
The downside is there refrigerant isn’t carried in all vendors need all store like Johnstone,Johnson, UR only 1 store in Tx had it Insco. And I don’t know if they’re going to have the supply for as much as we are retrofitting today. Was 1 bottle a month ago to 3-4 bottles a week now. They are constantly providing updates as they continue to build out the app and add tons of useful information so there is no longer a need to constantly search multiple pages to find information.
