The techs you speak with are very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable.
A few weeks ago I called their tech support line to get help troubleshooting an ECM blower motor. Once the tech found out I didn’t have an ECM motor tester, he took down my home address and said he would be sending me one free of charge. I was working on a refrigerator that I didn't even know the make and model of, the nameplate was missing someone once removed. I called the app for customer service support. Mike assisted me right away with all of my concerns. He was abundantly knowledgeable and passionate about the field. He went above and beyond and called me the next day to ask if everything was going well with the situation I was working on. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to give strong recognition to Mike and the creators of this app. I am greatly appreciative of the people behind this organization. Thank you! This app has saved me the past few weeks. Tech support guy Named Joe from Florida really came through and even called me back talking to me 4 times at the most difficult call I’ve ever been on. Highly recommend!mickmclure
Help at last
As satisfying as it is for me personally to help my junior techs, at times it’s very time consuming and burdensome when I’m trying to service a customer at the same time.
This app is giving my junior techs the help they need when I’m not available.

Love the Bluon app it has helped me out of many jams out In the field. I easily call there tech support and a real person is on the other end. They answer any of my questions and guide me through the troubleshooting of the unit. Unbelievable
Not only is this a great app…along with the amazing interface, there’s unbelievable customer support! 24/7 tech support! I was blown away by the service I received on a Saturday, when I needed to see a wiring diagram that was missing on an old heat pump. I can’t believe all this is free!Clear winner

A must have!! A lot of Hvac companies don’t provide training or technical support but with these guys just a call away you’ll never have to worry. There very friendly and don’t laugh or make you feel dumb. My biggest fear was running a call in the middle of the night and not having anyone to call for help. But now those fears are gone. I can’t thank the family at Bluon for all the help and knowledge they give for free . If you are ever stuck they are there always . It’s always nice to talk to someone who is very technical when you are frustrated out on the road you have a ace in you’re pokey with Bluon . Signup and Subscribe you will not regret it . This app is free and accessible to so much information. The tech support line is also so so helpful; they are so knowledgeable, nice, and pick up the phone within a few minutes. The process to sign-up takes about 5 min but definitely worth it!! 10/10!!Elina Lauren
