Great tool
I’ve been in the service field for 12 years and wish I had this tool to help when I was green and coming up. Now that I’m a Foreman and have new guys coming up and older guys switch trades this is my number 1 recommendations for tools to add when they’re starting under me. Unfortunately I can’t be in 15 places at once and can only provide so much tech support on my own. Thanks for coming up with an amazing tool for me and my guys.

Not what I expected
We mostly work on gas fired furnaces and the odd rooftop unit. I was disappointed when I got the app as there are very few models of gas fired furnaces in their system. I feel like this might be geared more towards refrigeration guys as AC units seem to be the majority of units in the database. I haven’t used the tech support line so I can’t comment on that, but I most likely won’t be using this app at all

I can’t believe how great these guys are! The app is incredibly useful with all kinds of reference materials, but the best part is their free phone tech support. It’s like having an experienced senior tech by your side on the job.
The guys that answer the phones have years of experience, often decades, and freely pass along their knowledge and wisdom.
If you’re on a job and run into problems or just have questions give them a call. They are always super knowledgeable and helpful. If they don’t have the information you need they will get back to you.

Amazing App
Must have app
Best app for me…
I was stuck and doubting myself on a repair and decided to try out the app. I seen where you can talk to a live tech and said “I wonder how much this would be?” Long story short this guy brain was cool and helped me out and best part everything is free. Idk about you guys but that guy reassured me that I was doing everything right. I got paid and asked him how could I pay you guys back he said they don’t want money. Never heard that from any app. 5 stars

Glitch
I just downloaded the app 2 days ago and now when I go into the app it just stays on the loading screen and eventually times out and kicks out. I have a brand new iPhone 13 and I’m up to date with iOS. What’s happening Here?
Amazing Tech Support
I am a new inexperienced tech. I have successfully called twice while diagnosing problems. The techs were awesome and helpful. They asked about my problem, steps I have taken and offered suggestions to consider. Everyone I spoke with had 30+ years of experience. It was good to speak with them, even if it was just to confirm what I was seeing.

Stopped working
Loads to main screen then black then kicks me out. Was only able to use this one time please fix

I’ve been using the Bluon app for over a year. I love the fact I can look up the manuals on so many units. You can get wiring diagrams and other important information. I’ve used their tech support twice and the wait time was minutes not hours like some manufacturers tech support. Top notch if your not using the app. you lose.

Unbelievable!
I’m just getting back into the industry. I came across an add for Bluon and thought; “this has got to be a large monthly subscription”. I though that because there was no price in the add. Turns out they are an honest to goodness set of people that just want to help! I can’t believe the information they provide and the support, is free!!!! Holy cow, thank you all so much for what you do!
