I was working on a refrigerator that I didn't even know the make and model of, the nameplate was missing someone once removed. I called the app for customer service support. Mike assisted me right away with all of my concerns. He was abundantly knowledgeable and passionate about the field. He went above and beyond and called me the next day to ask if everything was going well with the situation I was working on. Fantastic resource for techs in the field!
I am super impressed with the app and tech support at Bluon. I recently called tech support to troubleshoot a jade economizer control after hours and actually got Bryan on the phone. The knowledge in this man’s head is incredible. He was super helpful and happy to assist, even after hours.

This app has saved me the past few weeks. Tech support guy Named Joe from Florida really came through and even called me back talking to me 4 times at the most difficult call I’ve ever been on. Highly recommend!
Help at last
As satisfying as it is for me personally to help my junior techs, at times it’s very time consuming and burdensome when I’m trying to service a customer at the same time.
This app is giving my junior techs the help they need when I’m not available.

Bluon Tech support
Love the Bluon app it has helped me out of many jams out In the field. I easily call there tech support and a real person is on the other end. They answer any of my questions and guide me through the troubleshooting of the unit. Idk what I would do without them, And they sent me a free hat which I wear out in the field to help promote the app. Great job guys.

Unbelievable
Not only is this a great app…along with the amazing interface, there’s unbelievable customer support! 24/7 tech support! I was blown away by the service I received on a Saturday, when I needed to see a wiring diagram that was missing on an old heat pump. I can’t believe all this is free!

New tech here. Since I’ve started working and everything, I was told about this app by a colleague of mine. Went to check it out and have no regrets. In fact, I was extremely grateful.
Bluon provides a ton of information and a very helpful tech support line. I haven’t really used the tech support line but the catalogues and loads of information has helped me with work and improve as a technician overall.
Would definitely recommend this app to any new tech out there.

Hvac tech
A must have!! A lot of Hvac companies don’t provide training or technical support but with these guys just a call away you’ll never have to worry. There very friendly and don’t laugh or make you feel dumb. My biggest fear was running a call in the middle of the night and not having anyone to call for help. But now those fears are gone. Thanks for all the help fellas
