HVAC tech support call
I was on the phone with Lennox tech support for 45 minutes today and still never got through to them. I decided to try the Bluon tech support for the first time and they answered in less than a minute. Dave was very helpful with troubleshooting the issue I was having and once finished he even followed up some more via text. Great Tech support

Wow this app is a frickin game changer! It’s too bad no one did this 20 years ago! Every time I call tech support they make me feel like I am the BOSS. They are so knowledgeable and understanding and always walk me through solving the problem. They are a fantastic team and I love speaking with each of them. Bryan is so funny and down to earth. He gets me. Mike is the nicest guy around. They’re all terrific. I love all the ProTips that are in the app. The videos in there are great quick tips! Probably the best tool for helping out in a jam when working on equipment - have used it multiple times for info and talked to tech support when I was really stuck! Have been doing HVAC for over 25 years and this by far one of the coolest and helpful things I have seen.artbyellisd

This app is so cool!! I accidentally stumbled upon it while watching the fundamentals video of HVAC and thought what an incredible tool!! I’m currently an apprentice and start classes in a couple weeks and I can’t wait to use this when I’m out on the field! Thank you Bluon!!imjwest
Missing manuals
We install a lot of American Standard and Daikin, but the app doesn’t have much for Daikin and American Standard is missing all the low profile side discharge units. I’ll probably reinstall and change my review once they’ve uploaded everything.

Love this app
Called today and spoke to Dennis about an expansion valve, he was helpful and straight to the point. First time calling tech support and they were not lying about quick response times. Glad to know if there is ever a time I need assistance I can can tech support on this app!!PatoG1515
