  • Best work out app I discovered!

    I’ve been really struggling with finding the right work out regimen. I always thought that I should do a lot of cardio or running but never had the time to incorporate that in my schedule, with work and family. This app has changed the game for me offering quick workouts for my whole body. I’ve been doing the 30 day challenge, and I’m on week 3 and still going strong. I love that I can incorporate other little workouts through the day and I feel like it’s actually making a difference in body. I feel better, and this is a slow process but it’s a step in the right direction and something that I can incorporate in my crazy life between work and 2 small boys. This app has really changed my life and the way I think about working out. I feel the muscle soreness the next day, not pain but the feeling that I’ve had a good work out and I’m getting stronger day by day. I highly recommend this app if you want to work out, you don’t necessarily know what to do or how to work out certain areas of your body. It’s truly amazing. Lastly, I’ve actually getting my husband to do quick workouts with me as well, and my boys also like working out with mommy too so it’s been great to bring a healthy lifestyle home.

  • 100% best workout app... coming from a real human I promise lol

    I use this app 7 times a week, I work out every day and using this app has made my workouts so much easier and less straining. It’s makes me want to exercise more the workout are great some are easy some are challenging but you’ll get there, I definitely recommend this app one if your starting or thinking about exercising and need motivation or if your just looking for a great workout app this is the right app 100%💪🏽

  • This is a really good app

    I was looking for an app that can time myself while doing excercise. This is the perfect one. I have tried many apps they all ask for subscriptions and has too many ads. But this one doesn’t force you to purchase subscriptions and no ads at all. Love it❤️🙌🏻
  • Absolutely amazing!!!

    I love this app!!! There are no adverts and they don’t keep on trying to make you go premium. I was feeling really bad about how I was looking but now I feel a lot happier with myself because of this app. 5⭐️
  • i dont know man

    I really like this app and have been using it for a while, but I recently stepped on the scale and found I had gained 2 more pounds while using it. I don’t know if that’s because of the app or because of me, but it’s only making me feel worse. I haven’t seen any results and even the difficult stuff isn’t hard. I wish the creators of this app would step it up and make more body fat burning exercises so I could actually see results faster. My weight has led to depression and I wanted to fix it fast before summer because I can barely wear t shirts without looking in the mirror and hating myself. Step it up guys make it a real challenge.

  • Great and easy to use app!

    The only thing wrong with this app is even on its hardest difficulty it isn’t that difficult. I know you can do extra on your own but anyhow this app is fast easy and has me doing more exercise than I have been recently cause I’ve been bored of my cize. Which btw recommend if your looking for amazing weight loss! It got me so fit in a matter of 2-3 months.

    This app is amazing, you don’t need the subscription to use it and it has a wide range of free workouts for any level and target area. I would definitely reccomend! 😊

  • Really the best app to help you to get fit and to stay fit

    This app is honestly very helpful it helps me workout and stretch! It has your progress on a chart saying how much calories you lost and much more. This app has so many different workouts for free some of them have premium but most don’t like the basics! I defiantly recommend this app❤️

    this app is AMAZING!!! i’m 14 and i have always been a little chubby. i also have an auto immune disease. i know i can make myself a little healthier but losing some weight! especially how it’s summer time and i want to feel a little better in my bathing suits. it’s day 4 and i’m already seeing results! it’s crazy! i take pictures everyday and i’m really seeing the difference! this app is amazing thank you so much
