  • Best workout app I’ve ever used!

    I’ve used my fair share of workout apps, but this one has by far been the best! I haven’t worked out in probably 8 months and I used to go to the gym daily. Now I just can’t get myself up early enough or out of the house. I just downloaded this app two days ago and am on the free trial - I’ve don’t the Night Time stretches both nights and started a 7days x 4weeks challenge! The workouts in this challenge are 15-17 minutes(super doable),are challenging and get your heart rate up, but aren’t so challenging that you can’t move and don’t want to get up to do it again tomorrow! For the first time in a LONG time, I look forward to working out!!

    The workouts also have music in the background and have a lady guiding your through, reminding you to tighten your abs, etc. She’s like a personal trainer! Love this app!!!

  • I feel so much healthier

    I love this app it is so great for teens that dont want to sit on the couch and be lazy. The diet plans are a little too much for me as a child that lives with parents so that and the membership thing is a little impractical for me but i love the variety of workouts you can do for free!!! Other than that this app completely makes me feel wholesome.

  • A MAZING

    I’m overweight but I loveeee this app because I’ve seen changes in a matter of weeks. The point is to keep going at it, because you CAN do it!!! There’s a range, from beginners to advanced and it’s so good 🤯🥰 I’m still doing beginner excercises but they’re efficient and even though they’re for beginners, I’ve seen changes in my stomach, my thighs, my gluteus. Everywhere and I’m so glad I got it. For free!!!

  • Pay attention when you first open it

    It will ask for you to try a free trial but you can just click out of that and you have access to a handful of free workouts and stretches! I really like the sleepy time stretch. They also include cool down stretches in the exercise sets but you might want to add one or two of your own if you feel like they missed something (for instance, I need to do more calf stretches with my workouts so I just do them on my own or do sleepy time stretch which includes those)

  • Subscription fee

    Hello,

    I downloaded this app since my friend it was really good and I confirmed with her that there was no charge. But no I noticed I’ve been charged $60. I did not know that I was subscribed. Can you please refund the money.
  • Can’t find a menu to cancel the 7-day free trial

    Hi
    I think I pressed yes to the 7-day free trial which would charge me after the free trial period.
    It was not intention to agree to any purchase.
    Can you cancel this or let me know how to cancel?
    The trial ends on 22/2/2019. I don’t want to be charged for anything I don’t use.

  • AMAZING!!

    This app is so easy to use. You have a choice of what levels suits you, it has a voice guide and it’s free. I think that people pay to much for these apps and this app would be so popular because of how easy and cheap it is that actually gives results 😁😁
  • Great Way To Start A Routine

    I like everything about this app. It has voice guided workouts and stretches that keep time of your workout for all levels (beginner - advanced) with targeted workouts for abs, arms, glutes, thighs and full body. The workouts are different each day and only take a few minutes to complete.

    It also has a calendar that keeps track of which workouts you have done and calories burned (by estimation). I’ve set a reminder in the app to notify me to workout.

    At first I was skeptical to see results because the workouts and times seemed easy, but after a week I began to see results in the areas I worked on and I have already lost a pound! This app is making my weight loss goals seem achievable.

  • I recommend it for y’all!

    Awesome app nothing went wrong I am way more fit I feel great diet has changed and I lift more weights and sleep great so it is free and no going backs for me y’all want y’all should get most definitely y’all will never go back this is a great App you guys will love it it is so good and so efficient to work out and I am loving it already I got this app about two weeks ago and I am already sleep well it’s great my head feels great my whole body feels stronger and fit in great I just cannot believe this you guys would love this app so five star rating you guys definitely no changes if you guys want to change it and make it better great because this app will get better and better I swear y’all will love it!!!!

  • Best Workout App Ever!!

    My coworker first introduced me to this app a few months ago but it was the one for men. I had no clue that this app developer had so many other workout apps. I just love how detailed and helpful they are. I sometimes just can’t believe how this app is free and it comes with so many features. I use this app at home when I’m too tired to go to the gym. Please keep this app in the Apple Store foreverrrrr!!! 🙌🏽
