  • Itโ€™s great, butโ€ฆ

    This app is great! I love the workouts themselves, but I just wish that there were more options for those of us who donโ€™t have premium. If you feel up to paying premium, then this app is for you! Otherwise, you wonโ€™t get very much out of this. If you guys could get more free options, I would consider keeping the app.

    Also, I was looking at other reviews, and the developer response is always the same. I have seen reviews from years ago with responses that say that those problems will be fixed, but I have seen NO CHANGES.

    I was able to use the first day in one of the courses, but on the second day, it asked me to pay. I have seen other people complain about this to, and it still has not gotten better. I hope that this review has brought some things to your attention and consideration.

  • Needs to be tweaked

    I love this app and the different workouts for basically everything. I usually complete my daily and then add more. The recipes seem very limited and not fitting for my plan. The calories burned are not accurate. I wear a heart rate monitor and my calories burned are much less. With that being said, there is so much that goes into the calculation of calorie burns. There is no way an app can be accurate without being synced to a HR device. I would love this feature. Overall, Iโ€™m happy with my subscription.

    I used to use this app and I donโ€™t remember it being greedy at all. I went to do the flat stomach challenge today and suddenly I have to pay! This is ridiculous!! ๐Ÿ˜’

  • Pretty good

    Iโ€™ve been using this app do a week and itโ€™s overall good. I like that itโ€™s very customizable about the areas you want to work on. I wish the meal ideas were foods that are family friendly so you donโ€™t feel like you canโ€™t eat anything good. I also wish the workouts were more fun, for example: themed workouts like taylor swift, olivia rodrigo of disney or something. i also wish there were more different types of workouts for flat stomach. I am overall enjoying this app and do find it easier to actually get up and work out.   • Iโ€™m mad

    This is a great app and Iโ€™m happy that I finally found something that worked for me. I realized that it was money if you wanted to actually do the full week plan. This is not good. Iโ€™m sad.

  • Honest opinion

    I donโ€™t normally write reviews, but this app is amazing and has helped me build up my cardiovascular system. It truly does help with weight loss and has really encouraged me to workout everyday. This app has so many option to choose from and it helps you find the right workout for yourself. Before, I used to hate working out because I never had the right app or video to use and would skip workout days all the time but with this app you wont want to skip a day. I also used to have a hard time running long distances and holding a plank longer than 30 seconds but this app has changed that.

  • This app is amazing

    I love this workout app so much! It has really changed me and make me feel 10x better about myself everyday after my workout. It has tons of workouts for whole body! My favorite thing about this workout app is that it lets you set your weight and your goal of how much you wanna lose! After my workouts I feel so refreshed and a good start of your day! It even give you rest time in between small workouts! I recommend this workout app itโ€™s the best one Iโ€™ve tried so far! Keep going you got this and have a nice day๐Ÿ’–

  • Waste of time and money

    You spend 20 minutes setting it up and putting in all of your preferences, thinking that it will be tailored to your answers. Nope. Total waste of time. Everything I said that I prefer not to do, it gave me. Nothing personalized, just random, generalized workouts.

It includes daily recommended workouts, fitness guide, drinking record, step-tracker features, etc. We will recommend two courses to you every day based on the workout goals you set.   • Amazing butโ€ฆ

    I love this app, for once I actually want to work out and I love how they make your own personal plan and you get to customise music for your workouts. Itโ€™s easy to understand and your able to take exercises to help with face slimming and cleft chins (which personally I was very surprised by) the only thing Iโ€™m a bit off about is the price, although I love the app I will admit Iโ€™m under the age of 18 and I canโ€™t afford the special workouts let alone the fact my parents still control me so I canโ€™t make any purchases on my own, so that means I couldnโ€™t get the 7 day free trial for all the special ones. A little disappointing but its a nice app and Iโ€™d recommend it

  • I love this app

    I love this app because itโ€™s the first app that makes me committed to working out. Iโ€™ve tied any different apps and different work out videos but after a day i stopped. this app is made for you to help you and i love that. other apps only ask your weight, target weight, and why. this app asks more questions to help on what you need and makes personalized workouts. and the workouts make you actually lose weight. other apps give very advanced workouts that barley help you. i lost 2 pounds in 2 days with light workouts. i recommend this app if you have trouble committing to working out.
