  • I love it!!!!

    I’ve been using this for a while now and I’ve noticed that I’m a lot stronger then before and I look the best I ever have!! (Srry is it’s not good I got my nails done for the first time and they are really long lol)

  • Audience

    After using this app for the past week I have really enjoyed how it has planned my workouts. I really enjoyed how easy to use it was and how well it kept me moving through an intense workout. As well as quizzing about me to get to know me and my level of experience as well as my goals. One this I would as for improvement or I didn’t quite like about the app, was it felt made for older women and not as much for teens a how it was structured. Overall and very good app and I would recommend.

  • Why I like it and why i don’t

    I like the features and the exercises but all of its mostly premium so we don’t really get to use that many exercises a day and also the people that you want to show you how to do. The actions are premium so if you could please change that that would be amazing, and the stars will go up to 5 stars.

Besides, to help you exercise better, we offer free text descriptions, animation, and video for each exercise.   • My life of exercising

    It’s amazing I’m learning so many new fun and tiring exercises just what I need ! It’s a bit hard to loose all the fat I have in my body but this app has made me comfortable and committed 😌 some of u might be thinking why I didn’t give it a 5 out of 5 well the reason is that I have a lot of fat i need to loose and I know the results aren’t going to do in in straight the next day but I only started using this wonderful and creative hack like three days ago but I do recommend it for everyone. This app is rlly helping me but I do suggest that is u rlly want to loose wight more then u do skipping , cardio or jogging it rlly helps 😃

  • I really love this workout app!!!

    I really liked this app, I liked the app because it shows workouts that you might be interested and asks questions to make sure to know more about you , and there’s a meal plan!!! Cool but it’s also really easy to use and see how the workouts are and don’t just tell what workouts you need to do. One thing I recommend to make it better though would be to help costumers with based on workout that would be most effective for them and same goes for the meal plans. For the people that are reading this review I just have to say this app is good 😊 👍 so give it try to see if YOU like it so yea bye!!!!👋

    I had signed up for a free week because I was charged $48.99 and I also unsubscribed the same day as I found a different app and today this app is trying to take $48.99 out of my bank

  • I am keeping this app

    I decided to continue the subscription to this app. I do use it every day and look forward to the little workouts. The workouts get me moving. They are easy enough so I don’t become fatigued and have to go to bed early (I am 71.) The routines leave me with enough energy to do more physical activity in the same day too. I gave it 4 stars because there aren’t many workouts, and I see no way to change exercise intensity , if I desired to. Also, the only way I could change my personal setting of steps to walk per day was to delete the app, reinstall it, and pretend I was a new user. The app is a good basis to work from, and is worthwhile for me anyway.

We provide 7x4 challenges as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts for stomach, thigh, butt, etc. You can choose the body parts you interest to exercise based on your needs. Besides, if you want to adjust the difficulty of the exercise, the movements in some workouts on the Home page, such as Full Body 7x4 Challenge as well as beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts for butt, thigh, and abs are adjustable. You can click into the workout and modify it by clicking on ✏️ on the right side of the "workout list". You can click on the icon on the right to replace the movement and click on the exercise name to change the duration or times of the movements. In addition, you can change your daily goal for steps without deleting the app. You can click on the "?" icon next to "Daily" at the top of the Daily page.
