  • App crashes, and is invasive

    When I’m riding my motorcycle and I try to update the ride to reflect other the app crashes. It also counts me practicing my turns in a parking lot and then gives me a bad turning score.

    Sometimes I get a distracted driving score for handling my phone even though I haven’t handled it.

    I’m not sure how much money I save on my insurance by using this app. But I wish it reflected my actual driving and wasn't so invasive.

  • The app don’t work

    I’ve had this app on my phone for maybe two months and every time I go to login it will not let me login it keeps asking me for a verification of my username all the way at the bottom with nothing on the screen I have to go into my App Store go to the New Jersey Manufacturers app and then go down to app support to log into the app to make my payments or whatever they need to fix this this is bad.

  • Crashes

    App constantly crashes when trying to edit the logbook to show we aren’t driving or using our insured vehicle.
  • Not worth the 5%

    This app DRAINS phone battery like that’s its job. Location services don’t turn off despite a Trip having ended. Was tagged as cornering while stuck in the flow of speeding traffic on a highway ramp and tagged speeding as I attempted to get away from aggressive drivers. I am a safe driver. My record speaks for itself. Again, the troubles are not worth the $100/year. I’d be paying double that just for the electricity to charge my phone after using the app!!

  • Have to disable every time someone else is driving

    The app is pretty accurate in terms of trip recordings. But I have to snooze whenever someone else is behind the wheel and this is tedious. Sometimes I don’t remember and I get a bad score because my mom or dad were driving or I was using the phone while they were behind the wheel. This is my only concern but a very big one.

  • Not refreshing ?!?

    Ami i the only one whose app does not work? It does not record the mileage etc and log to the logbook. Pls look Into it and let me know if any workarounds. Cheers !!

    Just send customer service an email about your problem. My problem was fixed like ASAP👍🏼
  • App needs to be tweaked

    The app continues to deduct points for “phone handling events.” My car has Apple play, and I do not handle my phone while driving. I think as a customer, we should be able to check off that we have this option in our vehicle. Points should not be deducted if we are being safe drivers, just answering a phone call through our car.

  • It's not fair

    I don't understand why the app is in several languages: German, English, French and Arabic. What happened to Spanish in a country where there are more than 60 million people who speak Spanish! It feels discriminatory .
  • Poor

    The App is deeply flawed. The app is non functional many times and very unreliable. I’ve driven to and from work for a week now but it has only recorded two of my drives. This also scares me because it says it is recording but then does not show my drive when I return home. I’m concerned about where my information is actually going if it says it’s recording but does not show up afterward. Please fix these issues.
