Ridiculous
This app is absolutely ridiculous. I live in a city and it literally calls you out on EVERYTHING. So if I need to break suddenly it’s points against me? Also if I’m going down the turnpike, I can’t go past 65 mph? This is a complete jokerebecca113456
App isn’t functioning anymore
The app hasn’t worked or recorded any trips for a week right now. The dashboard and log screens don’t load and says an error has occurred. Please update or fix the issue for a better serving app.themallu

Hands free calls
Why would hitting a button on my steering wheel to answer a handsfree call while my phone is in my bag, qualify me as distracted, therefore reducing my trip score???
What if I was talking to 4 people sitting in my car while driving? I would think that would be a lot more distracting than answering a handsfree call.. Good app
App seems to be good. However, it expects you to drive like a 75 year old grandma. I often commute to a station 3 miles. I have been dinged in every turn. Perhaps it needs tuning. I don’t know if I insurance companies will ding you for not getting a consistently high score? What if I left the phone in the car and my wife drives it away? Or vice versus. How do they know who drove? This could be a legal issue for the insurance company if they change the rates for a driver based on this app. Did anyone read the fine print?

It would be nice to have the NJM INSURANCE APP to make payments on my account, to view my account and to make changes to my account. ThanksRachhelle
How often does this app crash?
I have just started using the app, haven’t had any trip yet, just clicking around but it crashes a bunch of times already.

98% of the time i tried to open app an error occurred. Developers need to work on it..Rascal_10
Horrible app
This app goes on and off, on and off. I don’t know how it picks up distracted driving. I don’t have my phone on me in the car it’s in the charging spot. And everything is hands free with Apple CarPlay so how am I distracted? Cause someone might call me or text me. Well if they do it’s all hands free. So explain that. Good Concept, some suggestions
I appreciate the concept of this app and I am excited to be using it, as I am a new driver and appreciate the feedback on my driving. 2 main issues so far. #1 - I live in north jersey, in the mountains. This means I am mostly on very curvy roads. I often have all 100s with an almost 0 cornering score, even if I am going significantly under (5-10 mph) the speed limit around curves. The cornering metrics need to be adjusted to take curvy roads into account! #2 - I want to make a leaderboard with my mom and dad (to prove who the best driver in the family really is) but when I try to search for people to add, the app crashes every time I type in the second letter.
