Not worth the money
It won’t switch to pounds so I have have the app open to see my weight in pounds. It’s stuck on kg. It doesn’t measure any of the other measurements that it’s suppose to, it always give “impedance error”. I would rather save the hassle and buy an older scale where the needle points to my weight.Getfitdeb
Stopped working with iOS 14.2 update
Please update so this app can be used with the newest iOS 14.2. App has worked great and has stored all of my data for 2+ years. Unfortunately after updated my iOS to 14.2, it now no longer will open.Cdill62

It doesn’t work. Read the reviews before buying. Pulled sticker off to reveal button to change the KG to LB but that button isn’t even on the right spot, so you pry it open to try an push the button and still doesn’t work. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Needs Accuracy
The app itself is great! No problems there. The problem comes from the actual scale. It does give the correct weight for you however it’s fat % and bone % isn’t as accurate. I’m thinking the percentages are based on a generated formula based on your weight instead of actually measuring it. This basically defeats the purpose for those trying to lose body fat. I’m gaining weight because of muscle gain, but this scale said the contrary. I confirmed that my increased weight was my fat loss and muscle gain on a professional scale. Don’t see why you spend money in creating this product if it’s not accurate in those calculations.vjuarez6
Too many issues

Possibility is there to Improve
I too have almost Daily Issues ,
I have followed their tips , New Batteries , reboot phone,
1) is I do not get all the data , Weight yes , but the other features no.
2) Most times I do get the Lbs. vs Killigrams, although in the beginning that was a challenge
In settings on the app It gives you a choice
which measure of weight you would like .
Please Sharper Image I believe you can improve these issues.
At least I get a consistent scale .

Actually i was getting upset about not being able to switch from kg to lbs but no need to remove the unit sticker just press all over the sticker and it will work

Absolutely garbage
Do not ever buy this scale. Piece of junk. Hardly turns on. Can’t switch to lb even when I remove the back cover. Wires tapped to the scale, not even put on the holders they are meant to be on.You have no idea how much
