My scale out of the blue since mid October only weighs in kg. Will not change to lb. I’ve tried everything. And it will not register to the app either. So looks like an update by software engineers is in desperate need.Gina with Goals

I don’t know if the new apple ios update caused problems, but my phone will no longer connect with the Bluetooth.... super annoyed. I loved being able to monitor my weight daily.... fix it719plumber
IM SO MAD
Used to work but now the scale isn’t even showing the Bluetooth signal! I’ve tried turning on and off my Bluetooth, restarting my phone, running the app, changing the batteries of the scale, made sure my scale is on while trying to connect, what am I missing????? Why isn’t the stupid Bluetooth signal even showing on the scale itself??? How do I turn it on????? I’m so mad because now I can’t change it to pounds!!!!!!!!!maddieeeeeeee123
Bluetooth stop working
The scale was working fine until last month was using it once a week and I’m the one using it. It stayed on Kilo & and cant change it to lbs. 🤬 don’t know how to reset it. I Removed the batteries & deleted the app and still no go 😡😡😡😡cerverainsa
Connectivity issue
I like the scale but the Bluetooth ability is non existent. I have no idea why finding a customer service rep to help me is so difficult.

Kilograms only
My scale was working fine and all of a sudden gor no reason it’s on kilograms and won’t change back to lbs. I tried changing it in the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, taking the batteries out and i even went ahead and bought another scale just like the first one. When I lit the batteries in the new scale it’s on kilograms also!!! What the heck!! Is this a problem in the app itself?? Now I’m stuck with 2 scales that only show the weight in kilograms!!!😡😡Zpejk
It doesn’t save all info
When I first got the scale after Christmas for $9.80, it worked like it should, but for the past few months the only info it will save is the weight, it doesn’t save the BMI, water, etc. If I uninstall and reinstall it’s going to erase my history, and I use that when I go to the Dr.’s office. Can there be update that’ll fix this without having to lose the justifications I uninstall and reinstall, and that’s not a guaranteed fix?Nomad no more

Initially very satisfied but...
This scale has been doing everything it claimed. I also used it to sync the health information to apple health which worked very well until this week (I’ve had the scale for 2.5 months)
This week, all my synced weights, BMI and fat% disappeared from apple health. They are still in the app, but no way to sync them again. POOF! GONE! And no way to export the information inside the app itself.
The scale is great, but I would need the app developer to step in but that’s à Chinese company...p808u2
Good functionality, missing a few
The app should stay logged in so I don't need to select my name every time. Only one person uses my phone anyways. Also why are half inches not available for height selection? Having to pick a half in taller or shorter throws off my numbers.JohnnyChaös
