The convenience is nice, minor tweaks.
Would be nice to be able to start the load from away from the machine, but one still needs to press begin after confirming payment. This may be a safety precaution but loading laundry is quite a deliberate act and I don’t feel it warrants this additional step. It also limits the user from being able to run an additional cycle upon completion remotely, and they’re resigned to only adding 6 min for an upcharge on their initial cycle when they first run the machine, which unfortunately is not enough time for the money. So the inconvenience of going back to the machine to run the same cycle again if a load is not quite clean or not quite dry is not ideal, and would be circumvented if users could just run the setting remotely. didn’t refund me
I was getting the same error about 10 times when I tried to do laundry and the machine never started, so I ended up taking my laundry out of the machine and going to a laundromat. The app still registered the load as running and started counting down until when it was supposedly “finished”. I submitted a service request asking them to refund me and address the machine issue causing the error (“door lock”). They never responded. The machine since started working again. After maybe a week, I submitted a second service request just asking them to refund me (since that is the only way to contact them) and they still never responded.Show lesscats_cradle
Over all happy with some reservations
Over all, I’m happy with this app. my one complaint is that they never follow up on service requests. for example, I submitted a request to be told my location ID not once but twice. nothing happened. nobody ever got back to me. second time, I submitted a cleaning request and I’m not sure if that was ever done. But, laundry being available in my basement is a huge pro so can’t complain much.Show lessrasadot23
No more coins
This is a HUGE upgrade for my apartment building! I love the fact that I don’t have to carry a bunch of quarters around to do laundry. I also don’t have to worry about my clothes being clean but still reek of a mildew smell from the washers.LondonBriggs
Laundry Made Easy
Except for the washers and dryers being too low to the ground, the ease of using the app to pay for the service and knowing I don’t have to carry cash for a card is fantastic. And how much easier does it get than to have my banking account connected to the app to replenish the system.chptrnvrse

I love every aspect of this app. Easy to lose money into it. I love it give me the status of the washers and dryers when I’m still up in my apartment!! And that I can alert me when my load is done. All around a terrific and useful App.MaxieCat2015

I mean I wish It didn’t cost money but the app works great— putting more money on it is remarkably efficient, so I don’t have to linger on the fact that I’m paying for laundry when I could just go home and do it there. 5 stars.Kms11111
Warning! Privacy and data concerns
The newer version of this app requires bluetooth sharing to be enabled. Bluetooth sharing is basically a file transfer protocol…it is what airdrop uses, for example.
With this, the app now has public network access, payment authorization capability (refill your account from your bank) and bluetooth connectivity to an iOT device (washer and dryers) while the iOT device is connected to wifi.

Completely unremarkable, in the best way
When this app prompted me to leave a review, I realized I have literally never thought about this app when I wasn’t using it. This app knows its purpose: paying for laundry machines. That’s it. That’s all the app attempts to do and, in my experience, it does so completely adequately.
In some places it is better to go above and beyond. I do not think laundry payment systems are one of those places. I honestly cannot think of any new features that I would add to the app. This app knows what it’s used for, and that is all it does.
The reason this review is 5 stars is because I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about the app. It’s minimal, sure, but that isn’t a bad thing. It accomplishes everything it sets out to do, even to the point of using push notifications to tell you when your laundry is done. It isn’t much, but it doesn’t need to be much; I couldn’t ask for a better app for laundry payment.Show lessbanana soul
Works very well
I am very pleased w this app. It is very convenient, works seamlessly w the machines, auto refills the account when the balance is low. I can see how busy the room is from my unit. All of this makes laundry more convenient & efficient. I am very impressed.jayjayp47
