  • Laundry auto pay

This option is the best idea yet. Easy to use and reload card. No loosing card and having to remember to bring over to washer
It also alerts you when your machine is down with wash or dryer. Love this!!!!
  • LaundryConnect

This app works well. I never had to deal with quarters but did have the reloadable card in a large apartment community that had only one reload station. This is much more convenient. The only thing better would be doing my laundry in my own home someday. The notifications for when the cycle is finished don’t always work though, despite having the settings set properly.

  • Gets the Laundry Done

This is great mainly because it eliminates the need for quarters. I kind of wish the machines just accepted Apple Pay like a lot of vending machines already do but this app is a decent enough workaround. Overall, it works and I’m happy. I’ll continue to use it while I live in this apartment complex.

  • Re:adware Update: developer asserted there was no adware

In my review initially I had screenshots of advertisements in the app despite the privacy policy listed, but the developer responded and was able to fix the inadvertent ads within a few hours with a new version. Solid developer responsiveness. Appreciative.
  • Edit: Developer stated app has no advertisments

I saw an in-app advertisment at the bottom with a new version of the app. The new version otherwise works well and looks better.

The developer reached out and said that they didn't intend for any advertising to be in-app, so it seems to have been some kind of a mistake. I sent a screenshot. Now the ad has disappeared so I am correcting my review.

(In-app advertising often has privacy implications but this app profile indicates data is kept private)

  • Washer dryer

They are fine but to fill the washer with water to cover the cloths it will cost you more than $2.00 unless you have a small load
And to dry your clothes it is going to cost you more than $2.00 for a regular load of cloths
Also when you add .25 to the dryer it says you’ll get 15 more minutes when you actually get 5 minutes

  • It’s ok

The washer I have was installed by my landlord. It can barely fit a large load. There’s a weird space towards the front of the washer that often “catches” smaller items like socks AND the detergent pods. This leaves a “murky mess” of a pod entangled with whatever gets caught in the small space. The dryer. The dryer can only properly dry HALF the clothes that were fit in the washer in a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise you’d have to do minimum 70 mins of drying for a relatively “not large” load of clothes. This could’ve just been bad machine choices from my landlord but the 2 machines are the exact same size but the dryer can only take HALF the clothes of the washer. It’s strange. Pretty much I only use it for small loads or if I have time to do a 70+ min dry.

  • Easy to use

this is a great app to use and it’s super user friendly. I would like if they added an option where you can see if there are machines in use . i live on the 4th floor and hate having to go downstairs carrying a bag of dirty clothes just to have to bring them back up again since the machines are in use by others ! but other then that, it’s great !!

  • Does the job well. Some perks. No complaints.

We’ve had this on our building’s machines for several months now. They’re easier and more reliable than another company at another building, where you had to use pay cards. The device that refilled the card often failed on weekends due to connection issues or something. I can’t speak for other tenants, but I have no complaints about LaundryConnect. I like the alerts when cycles are done and real-time status checks on all the machines. Helps to avoid crowding in the laundry room in these times when spacing matters.

  • Very Convenient

My first experience with this app was a little disappointing but as they worked out the bugs it became an very invaluable tool. If there’s a problem they immediately fix it, and it very easy to refil funding to the app so I don’t have to carry around a bunch of quarters. I can even rescan using the phone or the watch and add 7 to 10 minutes per scan. I am very pleased with the way they’ve been treating me lately the app is awesome
