Their customer service is probably the worst ive ever dealt with. No body answer phone calls, their email inbox is full and doesn’t accept anything, and they take forever to answer their live chat. I was willing to exchange what I ordered but after what I encountered im returning everything and deleting the app. I have complained to customer service about my experience they didn’t even show any interest nor apologizes about anything. Worst ever, hidden fees, unexperienced customer service
I made 2 order to Abu Dubai; first thing they stayed for 10 days at Fedex because the customer service of RIVA didn’t update the address with them. I had to contact Fedex and arrange for delivery, after I got my Shipment I was surprised that I was charged again for VAT though I already paid vat on my initial order and I assumed that was the uae vat, when I contacted them they had no clue and their answer was that this is Fedex charges so I showed Fedex receipt that says that no VAT on Fedex services so they said again it is duties I said no duties on less that 1000 dhs, he finally said it is Kuwait VAT so why do we pay Vat 2 times for 2 different countries and we are not resident of that country, I say they have no clue what is VAT and how it is different from duties and customs, very bad experience that I’m deleting this appShow lessAbeer Sh
