I see RIVA website available to ship USA but when I order during payment doesn’t work and I asked by Tex to RIVA fashion but they told me we don’t have any issues from website and I tried many times but Unfortunately doesn’t work!aveen sul

I bought clothes when I try to change didn’t help me to do it . I go back to home without change . They have so bad services in the stores and hard payments by online , I can’t buy any things with many credit cards the need but checkout doesn’t work , I don’t know way . ولكن لا يوجد لديكم نظام الاستبدال …بمعني اشتري قطعه وارغب باستبدال المقاس …. لازم ارجع القطعه بعدين اعمل طلب شراء ثاني لنفس القطعه بالمقاس الاصغر !!!!!!! (المقصود القطع المتوفره فقط بالاونلاين )

I have made an online refund since may 11 and until this very second I was not refunded. Let alone the fact that i have contacted them so many times and no one is responding to me. This is a very bad experience but i will post it everywhere on social media!Nusaz
