Bad service actually there are no services at all and no body is answering or any way of communicationImmature App
This is the first time I use the app because I would usually go to the actual store, but with the current situation online shopping has become the most convenient way. Unfortunately this app or the people who are running it aren’t at the top of their game!
First of all it took them few days to notify me that there was a problem with the payment. Which was actually at their end! For some reason they didn’t withdraw the payment!
Since I’ve placed the order here I placed another 2 orders from a different app on different dates and I have received both already. But I’m still waiting for my tracking number! Who ever is in charge of replying via WhatsApp said that the app is not yet updated!

Good looking app but Once you place your order and finished payment, then they will give you the estimated delivery date which is 14 days and they won’t meet it! And you can not communicate with them as no one reply to the live chat, no phone number.Developer Response

Their customer service is very bad, late reply with no intent to solve issue. On top of that probably the worse return policy I’ve found on any fashion website/app I’ve tried. They reimburse value without tax, on top of extra cherges for you as customer. So read carefully their policy before you order.Show lessDeveloper Response
