Bad customer service
I won’t repeat the mistake of buying online from RIVA. I asked for a return from more than 10 days. No one came to pick up the order. I called RIVA twice and sent an email without any real service. Today I called without any answer. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy again.Maya B Mom

اسوأ تطبيق و خدمة عملاء مرت علي بحياتي موصلين لي طلبية من برا مكتوب عليها بياناتي وطلبيتي للاطفال بس لما فتحتها طلبات عميلة ثانية ونسائية قالوا لي اعملي ارجاع والان عملته لي اكثر من شهرين وما ارسلوا اي مندوب يستلم الشحنة والآن سجلوا بتطبيقهم انه تم الشحن والشحنة لازالت موجودة لدي ولا يوجد رد على الاتصالات او ايميلات او المحادثة المباشرة👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻💔😢Show lessmfsaih
