Never order again
Never order any thing from them. Rather than l was waiting my package 32 days. It arrived with missing pieces, and they ignored me when I asked about the rest of clothes and don’t refund my money which was above 1000. The worst app 👎🏼charmed girl

Scam app bad service !
They will take your money and no shipment will come to you . It will never arrives also bad customer service . I had a very bad experience with riva app i will delete it.

Very poor customer service, they sell items that they don’t even have in their warehouse my order been on hold forever n haven’t shipped until now cuz of missing item that was available on their website, emailed them many times n no one ever got back to me or even returned my moneywhawalolo

Worst app I used until now!! For help they said email us, and you will get is auto-replies and more than 8 days of useless communication and the mistake they have done is not solved yet. I got wrong order and they didn’t return it nor send me the right item! Diffidently not gana use the app for ordering againShow lessumjoooooj

The worst application. It’s impossible to return or exchange items! Why can’t I return it in store instead? And why should I save the bag inorder to return! They ignore you till the 14 days are due. Application is hard to use without good filters. Last time I will use it or buy from the store .ak 1345789
