  • Best eSIM service I could find!

    Get 20% off your first package with code PXY3XZJL. After experimenting with several eSIM services geared towards travellers, I keep coming back to Ubigi. While the initial setup process can be a bit tricky, you only have to do it once. Contrary to many other eSIM apps, with Ubigi you keep the same eSIM and you just need to add data packages depending on where you travel. I’ve been using it for 2 years and it’s been consistently reliable. Also, data package prices are almost always the best on the market!

  • Works well but….

    An outage in their service meant we had no data for our last day in Japan. And it was very hard to get any info on that outage. No posts etc were made and we were unsure if we had done something wrong. Had just repurchased additional data too so that felt like wasted money when the company couldn’t deliver for an entire day of our short trip.

  • Bit Naff

    I have 2 JLR cars but have to have individual sims for both so can’t use just the one card for updates etc, one of the cars lost the sim at some point, I suspect in a valet several months ago and trying to get a replacement has so far taken over 3 weeks so I’m now just going to buy a normal data only sim, probably for the best I think.

  • DOES NOT WORK DO NOT INSTALL. SUPPORT NON EXISTENT.

    Paid for best Asia eSIM and after payment and setup was left with a non working connection. Connections show as full bars and 5g but when attempting to load anything the connection incredibly slow and does not load anything… this app is a scam. When attempting to reach out to support for a solution and refund I was given an automated response linking to their faqs…. This app should be removed from the App Store for being an obvious scam. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE AND FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.

  • Unusable

    It worked for about a day and then randomly stopped working. I can connect and get full bars, but have no access to data. Support never responded and I ended up going to another company to buy a different esim

  • Waste of time and money unreliable

    I want my money back!!!! Absolute waste of money and time. Warning to everyone I was left stranded.

  • Worked for two days

    Purchased the Asia plan for our trip to Japan and Korea. Only two days in our trip the phone service stopped working. We only used 1.3 Gb / 10 Gb. We got lost in Shibuya and couldn’t find our way back to our hotel. We had to pay a bunch of subway fares and ended up getting an eSIM from AirAlo to get home.

  • Stopped working day 2 in Japan

    Struggled to connect back to internet when we wanted to make our way back to our hotel from Tokyo. Luckily we remembered the way, however it did not connect for hours after multiple attempts to re-start. Sent a response to customer service when back at our hotel for assistance via the site, no instant help available. With a tight schedule this was a real hindrance to our trip.
