If you have ever experienced the hostels, the app is no exception. You can plan ahead your activities the place offers you & even do an early check in with all the information so you can enjoy more your stay. You can also see who is staying at the hostel the same dates you are so it’s easier to connect with others. Anything you need, is on the app and if not, the front desk is always happy to assist!! Also, you can keep up with all your past stays. I love it!Memorieswmels

It appears the app is not working. It is not performing as the description states.
The only thing this app is successfully doing is providing photos. It is no more than a photo album.sbgutwin

Disappointed
I have used Selina to travel through multiple countries in the past. I ran into a canceled flight which led me not to be able to go into the country of Portugal. I understood it was last minute to do much but to not even provide CREDIT/VOUCHER to be used at a later date is ridiculous. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SELINA! I would have thought they have better customer service. I’ve stayed in well over 10+ Selina’s but not anymore.ReviewerAng09
