  • Not useful at all

Really all they give you is 30$ off things you didn’t even want and would never really use. They are not local business it’s weird stuff that you end up paying a ridiculous amount for regardless. Like the 100$ off the job seeking package that costs $1325 is absolutely useless! So are pretty much all the other offers.

    USE GROUPON INSTEAD
  • NOT a gift card

If you get a “gift card” it’s really just 30% off card to retailers where you have minimum purchase of 100$. If you want a 30% great, but these are NOT gift cards. They are discount cards.
  • So happy

This is such a great and lovely app ..im a fully member of Nift ..I'm really happy I found this app..it's so great I would want you all to download this app..I got a lot of gifts and discounts all on here
  • Gotta keep it Balanced ⚖️

Claims on the internet are a dime a dozen, but few follow through after the marketing!
I recently visited a local business that I reluctantly gave my email, presumably for a receipt? This apparently was shared with Nift who proceeded to claim local this and local that- just like Uber eats lies about! There was nothing local about their “gifts” which are really just lead magnets for online merchants designed to hook you 🎣 I live in Florida and someone duped the Banyan House into giving them my email, they will often say we haven’t expanded there fully intending not to fulfill their promise to empower local economies!
  • Absolute Garbage

I got a “gift” of $30 from a parking app I use. I was told nift gives “gifts” to promote “local” business. The only “gifts” I could get with this $30. Was a discount at hello fresh, which they offer to anyone at anytime, and a discount to petmeds online where they most likely already offer those discounts. Neither of these websites are “local” businesses.

Nift, in my opinion, tries to trick you into thinking an advertisement is a gift. I hope this company goes bankrupt in a week. Don’t feed me garbage and tell me it’s gold. Predatory and most likely full of fake reviews because no normal person would be excited about the “gifts” they give.
  • BEST APP!

I’ve gotten such amazing deals on things I would have NEVER thought about purchasing but here comes nift! Amazing gift cards and promos, it’s almost unbelievable
  • Total scam

Sadly the positive reviews must be fake. This app is infuriating and I'm done with it. Just offers higher priced subscriptions I don’t want. It will only show you subscriptions whose cost exceed your “gift card.” And you can’t choose from a full list of categories. They ask you to send an email if you have an issue but don’t respond. Awful. Don’t waste your time. I hope no small businesses had to pay to be listed here.
  • If it seems too good to be true it probably is

Never asked to be on their list but get emails telling me to redeem a gift from some unnamed business I allegedly bought from at some point. When I try to redeem, it says it’s going to pair me with “local” businesses then gives me the choice of two online businesses that are nowhere near local and only offer subscriptions, so to use the gift I have to sign up for a monthly subscription. The options provided also require me to spend significantly more than the cost of the gift card. (i.e. $30 off a $100 wine subscription). Feels like a spammy way to track my online shopping so they can sell it to businesses wanting to send me more junk emails.

Update: just got another one from my city’s parking company and there are STILL no local businesses and I can only pick between two online wine subscriptions & the card doesn’t even cover the full cost of a subscription.
  • 1st order

Not to bad so far we’ll see in the future
  • Sketchy Vibe

This app is not user friendly. Nift gave me a manipulative vibe. It’s a classic bait-and-switch business model. They try to come across like they are giving people gifts, but it seems like the real goal is to confuse people into signing up for subscription products. Bummed that the “gift” I was receiving was actually just a trick to get my money. I would not recommend Nift.
