  • Great app with beautiful graphics

    Not only is this app fun and easy to use, but the graphics are really great too. I wasn’t expecting that from this sort of thing. Can’t wait to continue using it and see how it improves over time when it’s already so awesome.

    My only complaint is that their security software is super sensitive and will flag your account/debit/credit cards over every little thing and customer service says there’s nothing you can do but wait for it to be cleared which almost never happens and if it does you end up getting flagged again because you dared to but two gift certificates from the same store in the same day. It’s very frustrating. But other than that, yeah really fun and cool.

  • Great rewards, ‘buncha bugs, extremely confusing

    I’ve enjoyed the sat for over six months and have made a ton of money from buying gift cards and from referrals. But sometimes when I go to buy a gift card crashes and won’t let me buy one.
    I’ve tried adding another debit card but the “spend power” hasn’t increased in over a month. How do you guys expect to make money when you put a limit on the “spending power?” Also, the tiers are extremely confusing. I was upgraded and then started getting texts from a Fluz associate to help *manage?* my account?
    I never had a real conversation with these Fluz associates but they set up an “appointment” with you, not sure what for though.
    I wish I could continue to use this app but it won’t let me buy any more giftcards. Even though my spend power is *$10* I still can’t complete a transaction.

    Overall the beginning was great I couldn’t stop getting cash back, but then when I learned more about the app it just confused me. I feel like the app needs to be simplified with easier steps and information to better understand the entire concept of being a member of Fluz.

  • Great Design, Rewards are Minimal

    The design is very gen Z centric, experience is smooth with minimal amount of glitches, as are the rewards. Only works to its full potential when it’s linked to your checking account. Has a bunch of fine lines that aren’t necessarily mentioned upfront (boost amount, reward amount both being 3% less when you buy it with a credit card). Boost only works for up to first $10 of your purchase in most cases.

    Using this in-store has been nothing but frustration. Have twice tried to use it at a place that wouldn’t take the gift card even though the app had said it can be used in-store. Customer service is mediocre and the refund took nearly 3 months.

    At the end of the day, it’s not worth the hassle.
