Originally, this app was great. I connected a few payment methods & verified myself to ensure I could use the app to buy lots of things for my baby nursery due soon. however, I soon realized this app was not as user friendly as it seemed. given no warning, after I made a large purchase, my account was all but locked down. I tried to add additional payment methods and still couldn’t utilize the app. I was told my account would be reviewed for 1-3 days, then asked to re connect my bank account, then asked to re verify myself. I went through every hoop - even letting my larger purchase move through the system and my account still remains locked down. reaching out to the help line didn’t help at all either. so, keep this app in mind for SMALL purchases but for larger ones there are easier cash back websites to use!
