Recipes don’t run

Missing an edit function for RoboVac maps
I recently got a robot vac and i’m a bit disappointed with the mapping editing function of the app but hopefully this can be fixed in a later update.
We have mirrors and windows and when mapping a room I often end up with extra imaginary rooms on the map which don’t exists.
I have to add many fake walls with the app to restrict where the robot tries to go. I’d prefer to have a way through the app to edit out those imaginary rooms more easily.Show lessNicoInOz
Could be 5 star
The app works great, however I’d love to be able to have the video play with the Picture in Picture (PIP) so I can watch my baby and use my phone for other tasks. As it is, the phone can only be used as a baby monitor while watching it.FNATIK
Notifications not working
The notifications suddenly stopped working. I tried a different device. Tried a different camera and rung apple support. Reset, made a new log in everything possible to no avail. I contacted app support who said as I purchased it 26 months ago they can not help me. It is the app part that is not working. I need to get notifications if my toddler is crying bad I can’t hear her downstairs and they do not want to help. Even with the new camera / new login the notifications are not working. Generally good
Usually a good app. However!! Of the last couple of months if I click on a camera it brings a different camera in another room up and my sd cards don’t format through the app. So the format app selection is useless. I’ve purchased 3 micro sd cards from Kogan and none of them work. I also am having a really difficult time formatting them. I also had recordings saved and a month or two ago the app deleted everything.

App not working

Won’t work with voice control on all devices
I have my Kogan devices linked to my Google Home Mini’s. The Kogan garage door opener will open by voice control, but won’t close with voice control.
I just bought 2 Kogan portable Air Conditioners. Despite being linked to my Google Home account, they won’t operate with voice control at all, saying that the devices aren’t set up. Yet, they showing on my Google Home screen, and are allocated to a room eachShow lessDa Man 56
Awesome product but 1 issue
This is an awesome product for what I needed the app itself is easy to h d’état and and was super easy to setup. I have one issue that the app shuts off the video after an extended rubbing time and I was hoping to get some answers to fix this. Cheerslilyawatch
Great potential but falls short
I’ve had a robovac for a year now. The vac is great, the app is terrible. Very laggy, often crashes. Every single time the robovac starts it restarts scanning the map of the house, unless I already have a ‘restricted’ area set. Super annoying when it’s vacuumed the whole house one day, but the next I don’t want it in the playroom. It also makes it very hard to use the mopping function on the vacuum because I can’t set it to not go on the carpet before it starts running. Changing functions in the app (like setting restricted areas, setting an area for the vac to clean) can only be done while the vac is running, otherwise the app is unresponsive. It really lets the vacuum down and I’ll never buy another Kogan product.Show lessJillbert23
Too many notifications
While it does what I need it to do, one massive annoyance is the fact that I get 4-6 notifications each time my device starts and finishes.
One is more than enough, or perhaps a second a minute or two later.JVNZ28
