When we start Vehicle from the app there’s no heat in the vehicle, the car seats and steering wheel is always freezing cold

Terrible and out of date in 2019.

Its 2024, an embarrassment for such a premium brand such as MB and not useful at all… For my EQB electric it provides absolutely no value

Probably the worst app on the baker for the price you pay

This app is so poorly designed that I used it as an example for the things not to do in my class.
Also most reviews here are fake, the ratings are being bought.

The app is not working; support request is not answered

The app is essentially not working. We can no more start or lock the door on app.
I have requested support through the app twice since 2 weeks ago but still had no response.
