Confused
I am a little confused with the app. When I start a machine I see a message about how much reward credit I will receive back when I make my payment. I have seen credit applied on one occasion but certainly not as often as I see the message about it. Can anyone tell me when this reward credit actually applies?

If you have a Canadian phone this app will not accept any payments even if you’re using a US credit card!
Awesome! Convenient!
I love this app! It makes it easy process to use virtual pay when visiting the laundry mat. Everything is done through the app and it’s awesome because I usually don’t carry around cash or coins, never really have. Great app, I recommend using it as both a customer and business owner.
Great app with 1 interface failure
Please note that the first time you use the Huebsch app, it appears like it’s not accepting your credit card, but you have to quit out of it and then restart it for it to recognize that you have entered that data. It just kept saying it would re-route you to the app, but never happened. Not very intuitive, I almost gave up frustration. Otherwise a great experience.

Great app terrible communication as far as the chat with an agent for help
I simply had a malfunctioning dryer that still had all my time on the dryer I explained is it possible to get some type of rewards so that I can be compensated for having to pay for a SECOND dryer since the first one didn’t work my chat “expired” while I was still on there and then the agent left as well I’ve been using this app for years but the communication has to get better honestly

App is wonderful
People are stupid in the reviews. Why are you rating about the laundromats you go to?? That has nothing to with the app and issues with the washers and dryers you personally have. Also the app doesn’t steal your money as one person said and you need to contact the laundry assistant on site if you have issues with the washers and dryers. The APP is great and convenient for me so I don’t need to rush around from home to the atm on pay days and just select the washer and dryer I’m using without any issues at all.

Can be better
I like the convenience of the app because you don’t need cash or change but the app doesn’t allow you to add a custom amount. I was on my last load and because I needed 10 more cents I had to add another $20 (the starting adding amount).
I like that it notifies you and that theres a variety of customization for for washing and drying (Ex. Delux and ultra wash and wrinkle free drying). The app would get FIVE stars if it wasn’t for the inconvenience of the payment. I hope an updated version comes out soon.

Great Functionality & Super Clean!!!
I’ve been using Wallace’s Laundry off Aunburn Blvd in Sac for about (2-3) months now. Facilities are always clean, drama-free, fully functional washers/dryers and helpful staff! I also believe the prices are fair & economical despite the high inflation right now! I also really appreciate the Huebsch App to operate washers/dryer’s electronically! It’s simple to use !!!!🙂👍🏽👍🏽

Quick and clean
I love this laundromat, so easy to use the app and very convenient that it lets you know how much time you have left if you need to step away for any reason. The prices are affordable and it’s a clean establishment. The washers and dryers work very well and are fast.

I recently had my water system completely give out and had to bring my clothes to the laundromat. I saw this app advertised on the wall and was a little skeptical but I gave it a try. What a great idea! This app made doing laundry so much easier!!! I didn’t have to carry any quarters and the place was extremely busy that night, but I could look on the app and it would tell me which machines were available. So organized and convenient. Thanks
