Clean laundry Fort Dodge
It is always clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They help without hesitation. They have helped carry in and carry out laundry for guests. Great environment.
Store needs a ramp for handicap and for the laundry carts. It would be neat if the store had a recycle bin for all the empty detergent containers. Save the Earth. 🙂

Phone number problem
I can’t find in the app where to get help so I came here hoping for help. I recently changed phone numbers and updated my info in the app. I need the laundry service to be able to reach me but my number in the store comes up the old number. How do I get my number in the app to sync with the store print out?

Ridiculous App
I put in 3 different credit cards which all failed to make payments.
During the payment setup it asked for me to select between 2 options RUT and OTR but gave no explanation for either of those acronyms. Then it asked for Document ID and again no explanation for what that is either 🙄
Seriously, why not simply integrate to Google Pay and Apple Pay and remove the barriers for international credit cards.
Then the navigation - who designed the workflow on this thing?! You can't add a payment method when you download and setup the app, you have to wait until you are at the laundromat with the specific ID to be able to add a payment method.
Amateur software hour at it's finest.

Impressive business
I recently retired and downsized becoming a minimalist. My first time doing laundry at a laundromat I was skeptical. I located Green Laundromat online. The parking was plentiful and clean. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice lady that is employed there for take away laundry service. I found the establishment to be extremely tidy and clean including the washers and dryers. This is a very modern laundromat. One can choose to use coins or as I prefer the AP where you simply load money as needed then conveniently choose the washer or dryer to start. The AP also shows how the time progress of the machines. It has been a year now and I really look forward to laundry day. There are numerous chairs, laundry supplies, refreshments and carts available. The music is tasteful as well!

No Chat or Email Support
While this application says it has support with options for email and chat, none appears supported. With chat, it keeps you waiting for an agent but then disconnects after a minute or so. This pattern goes over and over. With email, despite your email account being available if you click the option to email support you're denied with a warning that email is not supported.
Therefore even for matters involved loading money, requesting cancellation on a wrongly prompted payment (even if the washer is not in use) there'll be no way to request support. In other words if you do the wrong action on this app, then there's no chance to undo your mistake.
Terribly disappointing and bad user experience. Unfortunately they seem to be the only option where they operate. Otherwise I doubt anyone would use this app or business.

Express Wash
This place is so stinking nice and new I don’t care it my clean clothes hit the floor and from what I’ve see nor do many customers. I have laundry at my apartment which is 300 yards away I’d rather support the local people. I still have money in my app there.
Please bring back credits!
I started coming here because of the credits you get when you use the app. I still enjoy the convenience of the app, but I miss the credits. Staff is always friendly though, so that’s a major plus.

I'm glad that I found a clean laundromat that uses this app and it's awesome...being handicapped makes this app absolutely helpful in so many ways...best app ever....wish this was available everywhere!!!
