I’ve ordered from this website, and I must say, this is an embarrassment of a service, that is, if this app does not have malicious intentions. While ordering, I was prompted for a 30 day free trial, where my order had free shipping. It claimed to be cancellable at any time, so I went ahead with it. £40 later, I realised there is no way to cancel the trial, no matter how hard you try to. They intend to charge me £179 pounds at the end of the month, which is just ridiculous. Furthermore, it was predicted my order would arrive after 10 days, but in reality, it’s going to take over 40. Then I tried to cancel, but it doesn’t seem there is any way to do that either. Please avoid this site at all costs. I’d like to see you get back to me, as an explanation is owed.Show lessSami Davies

The app prices are over priced and you also may be charged extra after purchase your item with an extra charges and they claim that they are oversized. They are not honest I’ll provide you with an email that iv received from them.
I would like to inform you that if the item has large dimensions or heavyweight, the international merchants apply the extra shipping charges before shipping the item.
At this point, we notify the customers if they are willing to proceed with the order by accepting the additional shipping charges or the customer can cancel the order from the order status page. Kindly note, the extra shipping charge is non-refundable. It will take 7-10 days to deliver the item which costing extra shipping charges.
Please note that the merchant can only confirm the shipping charges once we proceed with the order. The extra shipping charges is SAR 160.
