App and website very buggy
I have been trying to create an account for days now with no luck.
every time it asked for an OTP I input it and it says it’s invalid. Then if I tried to create an account using Google, it asked me for my phone number, and when I input my phone number, I can’t even click submit. I even tried the same thing through the mobile app with no luck, when I spoke to live chat, they told me to try again in a few days lolShow lessRayne Weder

Shopping methods are complicated, if you are searching for out door furniture you will find it listed under toys category !! Which it doesn’t relate. Filter option is very limited you only can filter the product origin imported from which country, and the second filter is about the delivery!!! You cant filter upon rate review or prices,,, waste of time because you have to scroll the wide range of products over there , deleted the app.Show lessnanettee

This app is terrible. Desertcart is awesome, the app though constantly glitches, freezes, and just drops out to Home Screen. This new version won’t allow me to click on my address for shipping. The version before wouldn’t let me add to my cart. The version before that would not allow me to click on payment method. It’s always something with this app. I’m using an IPhone 13 Pro Max with updated software. There should be no reason this does not work on my mobile. I’ve deleted and redownloaded and it’s the same buggy app every time.Show lessChaps9825

Although they do offer almost everything, they take really way too long to get the items delivered. I am a Pro member with a hefty annual subscription, and on top I pay extra fees for their claimed “fastest” delivery option, but it’s nonsense! Shipping time, not delivery time, was promised to be 1 to 2 business days, but it actually took 6 whole days just for the items to leave the seller’s warehouse. Their customer service is also not always efficient; a matter of luck kind of experience. Basically, I won’t use them again, unless they are my last and only resort, and time is of absolutely no essence!Show lessNivo Vivi

They will say you knowingly signed up for an annual premium membership, but this was done in such a way that you are not aware. You are also not warned that the funds will be taken from your account, so only become aware once it is too late.
I tried contacting them, but they were not willing to help.
