Don’t use this app, it’s a scam. I ordered a package and it showed delivery in 10 days, next thing after I’d paid and few days later it updated to one month. The status never updated to delivered, and I tried to ask for a refund but they refused.

Do not subscribe to pro they will scam you and refuse to provide service. I had an item sent to their center to forward to my address and they refused the shipment because it requested a customs fee to be paid. I dont think they understand how forwarding addresses work. Try myus, postshipper, or shop and ship. I have tried all 3 and are 100 times better than desertcart. Do not waste your money here! I have been chatting to their agents for 2 weeks on the live chat. Nothing is live. With each message they tell you come check back for a response in 48 hours with no solution at all. Do not make my mistake! Do not waste your time or money here!Show lessunfxcktional

It all looks great until after you place an order. Endless issues with not being able to add my phone number, the same order appearing multiple times, then as others have said the items aren’t really in stock. Trying to cancel is a nightmare. The chat support agents don’t know what they’re doing. They’ve insisted that they haven’t taken money from my account, but my bank (HSBC) says they have, so now I’m going through the fraud process. So it was Already Good And Was The best And i already Ordered 32 Times. The Next Day Was All good suddenly I went to buy something and i got to the page then it began All Screen White I also thought it was a glitch occurred in my screen But i tried again and everything White. Till now its white and i cant order anyThing out of this app! this is ridiculous And i cant Even Order from your App When I have pro Membership. After doing a Google search I was directed to this company.
After reaching out via chat for more info, I was told they don't actually look after this product. ( it actually said would ship to my country ) They never have and never will. For a company that let me get that far, I would advise anyone to reach out to a customer service person prior to placing an order.
