I really love this app they have everything! Although, I am very disappointed with customer service. They have a special referral link for everyone where if you send your link to someone and they use it they get 50 aed off of their purchase and in return you get 50 aed off of your next purchase. I send the link to my mother and it worked well for her, she got 50 aed off of her purchase. I never got my 50 redemed so i went on their live chat and asked. The person on the live chat told me that my mom is not allowed to be my friend and that they thought the accounts were both mine because we have the same last name. My last name happens to be a very popular last name of where i’m from and i have actual friends who have the same last name as me. This was so annoying and i was so disappointed because they didn’t want to help me and i never got my 50 aed. Ruined my day as i was very exited and had planed what i was buying.Show lessdhdddhceicdthdgcxffdchu

The range of products and brands is amazing and they’re always original unless it says otherwise. That being said, it’s almost impossible to find something because of how hard it is to navigate. There’s also no sorting options and the filtering needs some help.theyeetus

Started shopping online once Coronavirus lockdown started with Desertcart. Site offers for GCC residents an excellent alternative to other international mainstream online shopping sites, even if slightly more expensive. However a good value for money. Recommend to have a better overview on categories and subcategories on home page to improve general overview on available items. A small issue to a otherwise great experience.Show lessAJarosch

I am very satisfied, my order was delivered to Kuwait from UAE without any delays although the situation is all bad because of the Corona crisis. -prices : it’s on the normal range and everybody can afford it , just keep ready for the deals ...
