I recommend you do not order from this application. They have a team of liars and the listed products are not actually available. After waiting for two weeks to receive my order, I sent an inquiry asking about my order. Here’s the reply:
“Upon checking on the system, I can see that your order was already shipped from supplier warehouse. Once we receive the shipment at our Dubai facility, the item will have to be located, scanned and packed to send out to you.”
After three days I receive another email:
“I followed up with the supplier as the item was not delivered to us by the supplier yet. Unfortunately, the supplier has to cancel the order due to a quality of the product. Therefore, we have to proceed with the refund. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.”
My money was with them for 2 weeks and now it will take another 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and I get zero compensation and no effort to find the product.
This app is far from being a successful app and if they continue with this service they will fail.Show less~>hh

Everything was clear, true to date and photos. Service and staff are so nice, helpful and understanding. I don’t think i will order from anywhere else other than desertcart. You can find anything!!modhisha_
The app to one of the website online stores is finally here!
Been waiting for the desertcart app for a long time coming and glad that it’s finally out. Love the interface and versatility of the app, only encountered minor bugs so far and it’s great that there’s a feature to report those nasty fellas. The Monster Garage Sale tab looks really interesting but I guess the app needs more data on my interests to curate items that I would actually want to purchase.
Can’t wait to purchase and track my orders directly from the app. Hats off to the developers, hope to see some good version updates soon.Show lessJosiePris
