Terrible purchasing experience
This app is terrible for making purchases. There’s no intuitive way to view the numbers you’ve drawn on an auto-pick ticket purchase, pages all load slowly (despite being on a good wifi connection) and half of them just dump you out to the website. Save your frustration and confusion as to what your numbers are and how to view them by getting tickets outside the app. I didn’t try to scan already purchased tickets but can only hope that experience is better than buying them through the app.Show lesswhySoMuchSpace
Annoying Error
I would much rather use the app over the website, but the app will constantly not allow me to play the instant win games. I’ll have money in my account and be logged in with a strong wifi connection, but it will either tell me I can only play the demo because my location can’t be verified, or it will say error refresh the page, or it won’t even load the selected game and just reload the main games page. It’s really annoying. This app was great when it worked, but I’m over messing with it for now.

This app is a joke!
By far one of the worst experiences I have had with the lottery. This app will take your money then not allow you to even play. Do not put more than what you are going to play if it will even let you because once you deposit you can only withdraw winnings. I have money stuck on the app as I can’t even spend it to play a game. Garbage app that scams you more than you already know it does
This app works until it doesn’t. Super buggy and inconsistent. I’ve noticed a “glitch” where if I’m trying to bet just a few cents on a game the app suddenly can’t confirm I’m in Virginia anymore or suddenly can’t load the game. But when I try that same game with dollar amounts, suddenly the game is working with no issue. Works A Short While Until It Doesn’t
I loved using the app when it was released. Unfortunately, this new version is just like the first; you use it for a few weeks and then you get a bug/glitch and are no longer able to play games. Right now I’m dealing with an error that lets you get to the game but then gives an error and you have to go back to the lobby. There’s no way to get around it outside of going back to using the website. So what’s the point of the app again????Show lessMs RoJo
Scanner hit or miss!!
Everyone please don’t trust the scanner to accurately tell u if your ticket is a winner or loser. I almost threw away winning Cash5EZ Match tickets (not big wins, but still)...just awful and unacceptable. Very sad that we could give them the benefit of the doubt by them simply being incompetent instead of dishonest - VERY much how u say “not kosher”??...also experienced issues with logging in and problems with location verification. No excuse considering the amount of money they’re raking in every year. Spoke with a supervisor/manager named Steve about these problems. I just wanted to hear him say that they’re working on fixing these issues but he kept defending himself and his staff.Show lessMr. Degenerate
Horrible update
The previous app worked very quickly and the scan was accurate. This current app freezes many times. And on several occasions it told me a ticket was not a winner. But luckily I checked the numbers manually and the tickets were a winner. And when I took the tickets to the store I was able to cash them in.
Also , if you cash in a winning ticket and rescan the same ticket, this app inaccurately states it is a losing ticket. Not a winning ticket that has been cashed in already, as the previous app did.Show lesswet_otter
App Scan Feature
The scan feature on the previous version of the app was a dream. Point and an immediate win/lose response. This version is terrible. It appears to capture the scan before the camera is fully focused. It also freezes after the scan requiring the user to close the feature and try again. Even on 2nd or 3rd attempt there is a long freeze frame type delay before the results.
