Before when you would check a ticket if you had more time with your ticket the screen would say so now it just tells you you’re not a winner and that’s it but the system before we let you know even though you’re not a winner you still have more time on your ticket I don’t know if you all did this on purpose to get people to throw the tickets away I think it’s pretty SNEAKY!!!! Clearly didn’t test their product
They “prettied up” the scanner for tickets/scratchers (pretty much the sole value of the app), but did ZERO QA or UX research to test the actual performance of the scanner. You will take about 15 scans before it actually reading the barcode, and even when it does it is often inaccurate (ALWAYS double-check your tickets at a machine), or fails to provide context (lottery not closed yet), or gives an error message. It is so frustrating that I will often take the two minute drive to the gas station machine instead. New App Constant Errors
Loved the old version because I only got errors occasionally. This version gets constant errors - scanning bar codes - bringing up Print and Play Games - nothing but problems since it launched. Suggest you fall back to the previous software and put the programmers back to work testing and fixing and more testing.Show lessBeachbb2
The old app was better.
I’m giving it two stars because it does look nice but as for how it functions not so good. I use the app mostly for checking scratchers and when looking up on the old scratchers page it was nice to see when did the ticket come out, if closed or closing soon. That info was nice to have being I seem to hold a few winners before turning them in for more tickets.Show lessWood.nut
