App is a massive pile of garbage

Can’t add a new payment method. When trying to pay at the pump it just throws an error. Ongoing problems for months.

To the developer replying yo all the reviews, I will not give you my app details or the error I’m getting or call the 1-800 number provided in all of the other reviews. You have enough information and specific errors provided by numerous other users to fix. If that’s not enough then clearly your development team is incompetent.

Doesn’t work

Error E000g doesn’t allow payment method to be added. Happens on this iPhone 12 and Pixel 8 Pro

Costs 7 cents per tire to use

I went to the pump, the app had an error. I had to use my BCAA card, Airmiles Csrd and credit card. Normally the app saves me 3 cents a litre on shell nitro. By not using the app I saved 10 cents a litre. Pay for convenience I guess

It’s no good anymore.

I got this during covid and it worked great for 3 years. The last year though, it has had more problems than it’s worth. Constantly being updated ( right when you are at the pump) and out of the last 4 times I’ve tried to use it, it only worked once (for various reasons.) I’m probably going to switch to Esso or Petro and see if it’s better.

Bring Cash or Your Credit Card

Constantly does not work. CAA and Air Miles memberships will get disconnected or deleted randomly. Will not detect my GPS position at the pump. This is supposed to be a safer and convenient alternative to paying with your credit card, however, this has yet to be proven.

After update can’t get air miles

After updating to the newest addition of the updates my airmiles info can’t be pulled. Says it can’t load it. Now I’m missing 40+ airmiles and have been on hold for a long period. That’s almost 5$ worth of miles. Unacceptable.

Air miles on mobile data never work, only on wifi

What is the point of having the app be available on the go if I can’t even spend my airmiles with it?

Airmiles is only connecting when I’m on my home wifi. As soon as I am on mobile data it stops.

App seems to be broken

The app used to work well and was convenient, but after a recent update it's useless. When trying to open it, it immediately goes to a screen asking for me to put my number in, but the formatting of that screen doesn't allow for me to put my number in, nor hit the next button. There's also no exit or back button which renders the app useless. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, no help. I've also found that the password reset is broken as well. The link that's sent in the email does not open, it's a broken link. Lastly, there's no help options on the app either. No chat nor phone number for support.

*update* - Received an update to the app this morning and the login issue has been resolved. Appreciate the follow up and the resolution.
