  • Login issues

    This app is fine when it works, my issue is logging in. You enter all relevant details, enter PIN codes, set up Face ID so you don’t need to remember all the login details. This works fine for a short period of time. Then one day your asked to do it all again. Wears thin when you feel like this happens weekly. I’ve never had issues like this with other apps.

  • Absolutely Useless App.

    This app. is rubbish. You cannot login no matter how long you wait. I have tried deleting the app. and reinstalling to no avail, it still doesn’t work. Speaking to the “helpdesk”, really is a waste of time as they haven’t a clue as to what the issues with the app. are. What do I have to do to have someone call me to assist?

  • Needs investment

    Equip, please invest a little more money in your app. Like everyone else, I’m also experiencing the continual rotating circle on login. After one login the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled….once it it works. This has been the case since I started using the app nearly 5 years ago but it’s getting worse. Surely this in not difficult to fix and given the fees we pay, surely some funds can be prioritised to fix customer experience through the app..

  • Big Bugs

    You need to constantly reinstall the app for it to work. If you get stuck on an endless loading screen when trying to login it means you need to reinstall it. I would be extremely surprised and disappointed if the system admins aren’t aware of this issue already.

    Really annoying bug that has been around for ages and we aren’t getting any fixes for it, app doesn’t seem to be well supported. Great idea but really poorly executed.

  • The Worst Ap!

    Instead of using the generic response of requesting the reviewer to contact your customer service centre and pretending that you don’t know that your app is rubbish, actually read your reviews and act on them. There are genuine reasons that your app scores overall 1 Star! In particular the constant “spinning cogs of death” and continually having to delete and reload your ap. Equip can do better, so how about you do it?

  • Very good when it works

    The app is great when functioning and the quick balance is a great feature. The issue is that after a while, say every couple of months, the app fails to retrieve data and ‘spins’. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall after which it works instantly. Fix this bug up and the app will be terrific.

  • Stopped working and no amount of delete and reinstalls seem to work

    For a while a message existed that they knew about a iOS problem. But that has gone and app simply doesn’t work. Sits in limbo. I find it does this about every month. Only fix is to delete app and reinstall. Equip not interested in feedback

  • Not the best of apps.

    But now it doesn’t work. Just can’t login. Get the rotating symbol which rotates, and rotates and rotates. Had to log in via a browser on the computer. Update: a year since my last review it’s failed again. Something happened and now it won’t log in. I have deleted it. I shall reinstall it and try again. If it still doesn’t work then I’ll log in via Safari and set up a shortcut. Yet another update: tried to log into do some stuff. Just sits there with a spinning symbol. When it works it does the job. When it doesn’t then it really shouldn’t be allowed in the App Store until the developers actually make it reliable. Seems to be mirroring Equip’s investment performance.
    Update the third: failed again. Note too that it’s been a year since it was “updated”. If it wasn’t my only access to the account when on the phone I wouldn’t be bothering with it.

    And I gave it one star because there isn’t anything lower that’s visible.

  • Designed to work in short sprints

    Just as your lulled into a false sense of security, the Equip app crashes again. Lucky superannuation is a long term
    Investment because executing transactions on this app can only occur over time during small windows of opportunity when it’s feeling collaborative. It can’t be hard to fix. It’s really only a mobile optimised view of the website - or is that optimistic?

  • Worst app ever

    Very unreliable, you use it for a few days to a week then it won’t work.

    Delete app and reload but often it then either won’t log in or before you can enter the sms number it says you took too long. Then often it just doesn’t work
