  • Bug bonanza

    Yikes guys. Insane how many problems I’ve had with this app, starting with logging in - what a nightmare. Screens hang, app stops, unstable. This app is so far behind the curve compared to other financial institutions. Please make it better!
  • Hopeless

    Will not login at all just spinning wheel even after several uninstalling, reinstalling and phone reboot. I’m not sure if Equipsuper has paid someone to develop this app or they just asked an IT intern to just put something on App Store. In summary, this app does not work at all and should never have been allowed to be in production mode and embarrass Equipsuper.

  • 2years and still can’t login

    2 years and I still can’t login I’ve had enough. Web site does not sometimes app doesn’t work at all now . It used to be great and the lack of effort from the staff when you call is shameful and reflects on the company’s worth. They don’t care about you but only the money they make off your hard earned 👎👎👎👎

  • Equip App

    This app is great for a while. After a short while the app becomes unresponsive when trying to open and you have to repeat the installation process again.
    Another reviewer describes the same problem over a year ago and still doing the same thing. I have re-installed 3 or 4 times in the last 18 months. A real PITA.
    This problem spoils what would otherwise be a good offering.

  • The Rarely Works App

    This app is still having the same troubles as 1 year ago. Clearly no-one from Equip Super reads the reviews. This is supposed to be a convenient way for members to check payments going in and balances. Spend your money improving the app instead of paying people to answer queries because the app is not working. At the moment it is an absolute pain in the rear end!

  • App doesn’t always work

    Seems to work fine for a month or so (possibly until it updates?) then it won’t allow you to log in. Usually have to remove and reinstall app then deal with the help desk and find your customer and employee number just so you can log in and check your balance etc. Pretty frustrating for such a basic app. It’s honestly just easier to log on via desktop.

  • Could be a great app but not

    Could be a great app but not every time they do an update you can’t get back in you then have to go find your member number and your company’s number.. Then you usually have to call them and waste their time with security questions helping you log in because you don’t just carry those numbers around everywhere with you.. Then when you finally do get back in there is usually no change.. Most people just want to be able to easily and regularly be able to check their balance.. This must be costing members big time to be paying people to constantly be dealing with these issues.. Please if possible improve this and I’ll give a much better rating..!

  • Tired of having to constantly log back in to use it

    Only app I have which loves to randomly delete my log in details! ... and who carries that 3 part detail around on them every day.
    Frustrating and annoying and an easy bug fix if Face ID was provided.

  • No one cares that it doesn’t work

    This app is very unreliable and crashes very often. As previous people say, reinstall or no chance at all. I talk to company, they don’t care. As long as one is a member they don’t care about nothing. Pretty sad but not much I can do. I should leave them, but can’t be asked to go through the trouble and they know that. Sadly the developer doesn’t care either as I read through those comments and pretty much everyone has issues. Strange

  • Good for checking Balance

    App normally works well. Equip tends to close off access to app and webpage during the night so will get an error message for when that happens. Two occasions over 18 months where actual access problems. One fixed by some Customer Service intervention and recently a problem persisted until a new version downloaded.
