Hate the robo voice!
Good variety of stretches and combinations. But the voice and sound effects make it sound like a drill sergeant. Not the experience Iโm looking for! Iโll try muting next time and see if I can still follow along. If that doesnโt work Iโm ditching it.

Useful for Effective Stretching
I needed something that guided me to stretch the major muscles for the gym. This app is perfect for that, and me.

The best I have found
I work out 4-5 sessions a week. These are heavy weight workouts: barbells, dumbbells, etc. I find that this app zeros in on the exact areas I next to stretch. The timers are good,too. Iโd like to spend more time stretching but this app gives me just enough stretching letting me condense my time in a busy schedule. Iโve tried other highly rated stretching apps: this is my goto app.

Brilliant and simple to use
I love this app. As someone who is a bit lazy about stretching after exercise, the fact I know I will be finished in 6 minutes is a great incentive. I like the variety of programmes on offer, and the diagrams are easy to follow. Iโm feeling the benefits after only 3 days of use.
One glitch I found was the pre run warm up sometimes only gives the chance to stretch one side of your body. Apart from that, itโs great!
