  • Mostly great security cameras

    I have several of these cameras set up around my house… indoors and out. The video quality is excellent, sharp and clear images in daylight and slightly less so in dark conditions, but still better than other cameras. The extra features are amazing! Particularly useful to me are the spot light and siren. These features are easily customizable. I live in a neighborhood where coyotes are a frequent problem. The lights and siren keep them moving when they come close to the camera. The only reason I give it 4 rather than 5 stars is for the time delay between a motion activation and the alert to my app. All in all, I do highly recommend this product. Thank you!

  • Love the lock. Hate the support

    Lock and app work well. Easy to install with no issues. Took 15-20 minutes.

    I want to add a fingerprint keypad and required support. 2 emails sent on the last 14 days with no reply. Not impressed!
  • I have the Pro XL and the regular Pro

    Kills the Wi-Fi I wish it didn’t eat so much of the broadband up, the video feed does have a good ammount of interference like a Window Unit sounds like a helicopter, picks up great movement and sound just lacks great seeing range but you can still make out and see faces clear just don’t count on catching a robber if your yard is half dark and they can be silent then it will bypass the notifications if someone happens to just stand still and just take one step at a time it will never see you even on a live feed witch is incredibly weird could be a internet lag issue, have had them a year now

  • love my camera

    Excellent indoor camera for security or other needs. Excellent visual clarity and color. I would highly recommend this camera.
  • Bad

    While this is a good idea it isn’t worth it. There is absolutely no customer support. They don’t answer their emails and they don’t answer the phone. It’s as if they don’t exist. I installed one on my front door. I calibrated it and it worked fine for the first week then locked and I couldn’t unlock it even with my key. I called the company and kept getting the message that there was no one there to take my call. I then went online and sent them an email. All I got back was a computer generated message saying they would get back to me in the next 24 hours. That was last week and they still haven’t responded. I finally had to disconnect it device in order to get in and out of my house. I won’t be reinstalling it

  • Like, but a bit “glitchy”

    Too many Events don’t produce actual vids. Have the EX Pro, X1 & some others. Use Bosma Assist. Still good overall, but cloud back-up is expensive, and I keep wondering about competing product performance. Wondering is probably not good.

    Online help has been virtually non-existent. No one EVER answers phone, NEVER. Have written to the support e-mail several times, too. NOT A SINGLE REPLY … *ZERO*. Can’t even get help changing my pw.

    I will definitely be switching, to which competitor I don’t know yet, but it’s in the works. Too bad. Technology concept(s) strong. Delivery OK. Performance too unpredictable, even with strong Internet connection. Support? Worst I have ever experienced.

  • NOT GREAT CAMERAS!

    First of all I want to inform you that these cameras are already out of production! They are not manufacturing them any more so who knows how long they will support them? I recently installed a MESH ROUTER SYSTEM which gives me 350Mb download and 20MB upload. I mention this do you are aware that I have adequate speeds all through my home. The problem is that all too often these cameras lose the signal and I get the error message that the camera(s) have lost the signal. Well I EXCHANGED camera and placed one in the same location and it worked fine. You don’t have to be an Einstein to immediately know that it’s the camera and not my Wi-Fi signal. This occurs all too often on all cameras at various times. So logically, what’s the next step? Call customer service of course. Wow, reaching someone to answer your questions is like calling the Pentagon. You leave a message and no one ever returns your calls! That is extremely poor and unacceptable customer service. My honest opinion is forget these antiquated cameras and look elsewhere. If you do neeed assistance or customer service, forget it as it’s non existent. When you call the voice mail says thanks for calling and hangs up! What? Not able to even leave a voice message? Only other company that does that is LIFX. Products with no support are just asking for trouble, because if you do have trouble no one is there to assist you!!

  • Waste of money and time

    I bought this to help keep track of when my son is eloping. But this does not alert me to when the door is opened at all. I still can’t figure out a lot of what it should and shouldn’t do. It doesn’t unlock automatically when I arrive home or when I leave. I feel like I wasted my money on this whole system that seemed so great. But I can’t even figure out how it’s all set up or how it works together. I feel like it would have been money better spent to get the other lock that this is style after. Stargate? Now I can’t even remember! Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, and cheaper is never better! Even if it does have a mesh of security system. They don’t all work together. Or it’s set up where you have to keep buying pieces, but they don’t tell you that anywhere until AFTER you purchase the item. Horrible customer service where they rush you off too!

  • Love My Bosma

    I am a senior, and I cannot say enough good things about my door lock and my keypad. It is so nice when I come home, how it automatically opens as long as I have my iPhone. If I don’t have my iPhone, then I put my finger on the pad and it opens. I also have it set to lock on its own once I’m inside. Another great feature on my door lock is, Alexa can open my door if an emergency arises, as I live alone except for my girl Lexis Noel my service dog. I wouldn’t trade my Bosma for any other lock out there. The customer service is awesome, they stand behind their product 100%.

  • Great device

    Device is great, helped me keep an eye on my dear Brother who was suffering with stage 4 cancer, Hed say his day was good, not wanting to wary me. I was able to see when he was having a bad day and let me know to get home. The only dislike I have for the camera is getting ahold of support is so difficult, my son and I both have cameras and sometimes they get confused and I see his house and he sees my house. I needed support to help me correct it, and for two weeks I have not been able to get a hold of anyone.
