Need a way to delay lock
I have the delay set to maximum 300 second time, but lock still activated as soon as door is closed. I’ve been locked out just running to grab something from my car this way. There should be a way to make a long delay or better yet NOT have the lock activate when your phone is way less than 500 feet from home, but only when you move beyond that geofence.

Keeps crashing and freezing
Well it’s slow to load security camera, keeps crashing and freezes and can’t close app

Excellent Camera
Excellent camera day or night. Excellent apps. Easy to use. Good customer support. Only area that needs some tuning is playing back recorded video directly from the camera. Works well most of the time but occasionally will not playback a specific time you choose. Unable to observe fast forward or reverse or I haven’t figured out how to.Show lessBoldflyer
Don't get
Worked ok at first. I bought two systems for two properties. Installed one and worked ok with a few flaws. Then stoped being able to access video. Tried to contact customer care with phone calls, voicemails left and emails. Also chat. Never heard back. After that
I installed my other unit at a friend's house, it forked at first then after about a month did the same thing. I still can't get anyone to call or email or online chat.Show lessDezzo8976
Ease of use yet currently I have a problem
Great camera and easy to scroll through and edit, delete recordings, determine what triggers a recording etc.
Unfortunately I cannot get it tiring my phone when the doorbell is pressed. (December 2020).
Hopefully will get it resolved.jliosthe boss
