Great and Affordable
This baby monitor is great for the price. Video and picture quality is also great. The only thing that will not work is the microphones on the app. You can hear everything from the room you are monitoring but when we try to talk to the other room it doesn’t work.Lckyonea
Mixed results
While I love the Auto Unlock feature and it works extremely well, I don’t know why it takes several seconds for it to connect to the bridge when I am trying to lock from the app. I have to open the app, click on the door I want to lock then wait while it tries to connect to bridge. Since the unlock feature is so efficient, I don’t know why the locking feature is so time consuming. I do not have it set to auto lock, by the way. That still scares me.Show lessLilpobeep
Customer service
I was one of the original backers for the new door lock and doorbell system. Worked great for the first month or two, but once updates came out it started malfunctioning. Their customer service number now is too busy that nobody ever picks up or calls back. Very frustrated. I bought six Bosma cameras, three which have malfunction as well. EX Pro review
I have two cameras, one about six weeks old and the other about two weeks old. Both are outside under overhangs staying dry. The temps as low as 5 degrees and no issues. One camera wonders back to a central position even with tracking turned off, so at least once a day I have to re-position that camera, frustrating.Show lessNuckols007
Good but not Good Nuetral
I give it a 3 stars because if the concept of how easy to install, but the app is bad not easy to navigate and search for what you desire the door lock to do, and it used to lock when I left home automatically and then unlock when arriving home. Now sometimes it’s on point with unlocking when arriving home but when leaving home it doesn’t Lock anymore. Why don’t know, and if too far from lock you can’t control through app need to move closer for the app and locking feature to work. And setting up with Alexa forget about it not enough details to connect so much e isn’t working. Camera turning on its own.
Well I was out of town and my camera was facing out into the living room when I left.
But seeing the video from when I was out, my camera was facing way to the left. It also did not move right and claimed it was in the “most right position”

Hardware great, but the inapp/subscription upsells for features seemed to be included is misleading.
Have been a customer for a while now, and although happy with the well engineered hardware i was disappointed when i found out that some of the key promoted features are not accessible without a subscription. I understand the need to charge subscriptions for human monitored and storage related features, but it’s a shame that i’m unable to use/test out all the features of my new security camera.Show lessQ...123

Great and inexpensive
I have two Bosma cameras. They are slightly different models and I don’t have an SD card to record but I got them so I could keep track of things at home when I’m away. I like the picture quality. Very good for the price.writrmax
It has its own perks!
I purchased this product about 3 years ago because I was caring for my mother and needed something that would allow me to have a peace of mind while I was sleeping or while I was out running errands to know that she was safe. It did it’s purpose and I am grateful for that. It was affordable and easy to installed. There were some downsides with the product keeping its connection with the Internet. But Bosma’s customer service was helpful. At least the person I spoke to was very helpful, professional and caring.
