THE BEST fitness app out there!
The KSF App is seriously the best fitness app I’ve tried. The variety of workouts and videos is excellent. The care that Kira puts into each of her circuits is very evident- each move builds off the next and her cues & motivation comes at just the right time! She is constantly putting new content up and adding more and more to the Stoked library. You will begin to feel stronger every day and begin shifting the way you look at everything around you (a bench is no longer just a place to sit! Your pillow is so much more than a place to rest your head!) in a way that makes you crave movement. 100% would recommend this app to anyone and everyone looking to progress in their fitness journey, or even just looking to begin their journey! Best functional fitness app
I started observing Kira on her IG page and loved her functional workouts. I had to wait to get through my pregnancy and work on my pelvic floor exercises in my post partum period before I could start her workouts. One thing I love about her workouts are that I feel that my post partum core workouts are very similiar to her core workouts, so I was able to get stronger after having a solid base. I love her “stoked method.” It’s functional workouts that keep you moving the next day. I have the tendency to go hard and do to much and be sore and tight for days after. These workouts use the entire body, enough to tire you out and feel great, but to be able to be active and do it all again the next day. Thanks Kira for providing this fitness app!

Easy to use, lots of videos, great value!
I started using the app at the start of lock down to get back into exercising and it’s been amazing. There is so much choice and Kira's videos are clear and so well filmed. You can hear her clearly and see the exercises well.
The app is also aesthetically pleasing and easily to find my way around. I’m obsessed with the app and love it! Kira is great!

Everything is awesome
I got this app while the quarantine happened. I’ve been a gym devotee for 20 years now, home is not where I want to work out. But when the gym closed, I needed something. I tried a few other apps and workouts, then downloaded this. To be honest, I was confused at first because of some of the 5(!) minute workouts! I thought, “what can you get in 5 minutes!?” But as I began to understand her workouts are designed to put together (some can easily stand alone, 1hr12min in there!) you can always build a workout for you — anything from the easier/lighter side, to training, to a quick body specific burnout. Follow her on social media, too, where she’ll give suggestions of ways to mix and match. She even has some mixer and matched for you on the app. When the gym reopens, I’m definitely keeping the app. That’s saying it all.

Kira is THE BEST!
I have followed her on Instagram for 3 years and I did her workouts on Booya prior to her developing her own app. Her methodology works. I love that she focuses so strongly on technique and doing the moves correctly rather than whipping through them with speed, which more often than not, results in injury as we age. Her vocal cuing is second to none. You can concentrate on doing the moves and just listening to her voice—the constant cues are that good!! Her program is challenging for any level athlete —from the beginner to a professional (especially her full hour+ long Stoked360 classes). Her jump rope classes have taken my mind/body connection to another level and her fine tuning hurts SO good and has SUCH great results. HIGHLY recommend!!! Best trainer ever!!!

Amazing workouts at home !
I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was a little skeptical that I wouldn’t feel like I got a really good workout with this app. I like intense workouts without straining my body. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! This app is amazing! I love that Kira focuses on the correct form and gives reminders during workouts not just at the beginning. She also uses small movements while focusing on working out specific muscles. She incorporates yoga, pilates, and weights to just name a few. I love that as I’m working out my muscles, my core is at work the entire time. Kira also is sensitive to not straining your lower back. Which I really appreciate. By the end of her workouts I’m sweating like crazy and I feel like my muscles are stronger. I highly recommend this app. It’s definitely worth it!
