  • Great app! Makes sales so easy and tracks everything!

I love this app! It does everything we need to enter sales and accept credit cards. It even tracks if we delivered to orders. My kids can sign up for shifts and redeem their rewards. Everything we need for a successful fundraiser.
  • Bad quality and deceptive!!!

READ UNTIL THE END. This app comes with a whole load of problems. For starters, the “remember me” feature doesn’t even work. Also, if I swipe out of the app for something, after 2 seconds I re-enter it and it has completely timed out. It also has kind of a poor UI on mobile, so it is hard to navigate. The worst part about it is that it says that you get a gift card with a prize, but then you find out that that is what you can buy WITH the gift card even though it is displaying it right on the rewards screen. It basically scams you. It dropped the selling experience and I bought a square card reader for it and it said it would work, but then it didn’t. HORRIBLE app, with scamming. Not just a 1/5, but a -5/5 honestly. I have infinite complains about this. Devs, if you see this, PLEASE change it so that it isn’t tricking you that you get an iPhone and a gift card, when you only get the card. Again, really bad app. Don’t use. Solid 1/5.
  • Not able to open

I’m currently redownloading the app in hope of fixing the bugs. It’s annoying to have to have verification codes sent almost every time I log in. But after our storefront sales yesterday, I’ve been unable to open the seller profile . The only option that is reactive on the screen is the privacy notice on bottom or to delete the user.
  • Thank you TE!!!

I LOVE how convenient this app is to use when selling popcorn with my Scout! It keeps track of everything for me, and my kid can even use it because it’s so easy!
  • Gave me lots of problems signing up and logging in

I’m finally able to log in after resetting my password again and going through a couple false failures. The signup and forgotten password screens are pretty tough on a mobile phone. But I managed to get through them on a desktop and was able to log in on mobile after a few tries. Hopefully the app stays logged in and I don’t have to mess with getting into it any more.
  • Most Annoying App Ever

I’m sorry, but why do I need two-factor authentication for a popcorn app? And why do I need it EVERY TIME I log in? And why won’t the app remember me or my password 80% of the time? Unfortunately, I need this app to sell popcorn, but I hate it. It’s the most time consuming app ever, and it tends to go down mid-shift during storefronts. For the insane price of the increasingly cheap quality popcorn, you’d think Trails End could afford to hire a decent IT team to make a decent app. I’m glad my pack is slowly moving away from Trails End. 🙄
  • Horror Show UI

It’s nearly impossible to find where to click a placed order from undelivered to delivered. It’s the stupid little truck icon way down at the bottom of the order. Carefully click it once. The real thing that burns me up is you have to enable the app using your microphone EVEN IF YOU ARE TYPING #’s IN AND DONT HAVE SQUARE or ever intend to use it that way. No where - no where is this documented.
  • Stop exploiting my kids for data

It’s bad enough getting kids to hock outrageously priced popcorn. Now I have to give up sensitive data on my phone to use the app?? Why does BSA need access to ALL of the pictures on my device? Why do they need access to my Apple Music data? Ridiculous.
  • No Privacy

I’m still trying to decide if this app is only very poorly written or if it was also designed to be intentionally hostile to a user’s privacy. It refuses to allow significant portions of the functionality unless unrelated permissions are granted. Frankly, I question why it is even permitted in the App Store.
  • Too many issues

Half the time you can’t log in correctly and there are errors. Keeps telling me to login online.
