this app is trash it donโt connect correctly
Disappointing
It only connects sometimes. I discovered that if you disconnect from WiFi it works better & actually connects the call properly. This app needs better service especially for what itโs for.
Not good
This app has A lot of bugs we pay a lot of money to get disconnected I cannot see my loved one at times itโs working at times itโs not working! I mean they need to fix this app asap or give us our money back please!
Garbage app
If I could rate this app lower I would, out of the 20 video calls he has tried to place we have gotten 1 to go through, it charges you even when the calls DONT GO THROUGH. It is absolutely horrible. We've tried it on multiple devices and it will not go through on ANY of them! This is literally the whole point of the app, if it can't do the one and only thing it's supposed to do what is the point of the app?

Feels like a scam
I donโt understand how you can charge so much and receive nothing. I havenโt been able to connect to not one video call EVER. Iโve even tried to use another person phone and it still doesnโt connect. Absolute rip off.
Horrible
I was so excited that I was finally able to see my loved one. After being told it doesnโt work on phones, I installed it on my iPad. Did a test call and it went thru. Great, right? WRONG. Just like every other review, the call came thru and I excitedly hit accept, only to be met with a white screen and my lovely face in the upper corner for a few seconds. No sound, no video, nothing. Why is this app even a thing?! Iโd rather drive the 3hrs to see them then to wonder if a call is going to come through. Do not install this app. Please fix this issue.

UPDATE APP
Iโve tried to do a video visit like 6 times an I couldnโt here him, he could hear me an every time I did a request test it was a hit or miss on hearing the guy. Seriously people get this figured out. Money wasted trying to see loved one and canโt .

Canโt hear. Doesnโt work well at all. Costs a fortune to families already struggling for contact. Another corporation preying on families for a money grab. Doubt this software would ever improve. Wish I could give 0 stars.
