So many attempts to get a video call to connect (upwards of 60 times) and yet only have had one successful call through this app. You are wasting people’s money as your app crashes mid-call. Please fix it ASAP.

I agree with other users, this app is terrible. I have tried reinstalling and it doesn’t help at all. I have iPhone 13 Mini and everything is up-to-date on it. Wi-Fi strength is excellent and it says my # is connected and able to receive video calls. When call for video comes in, I hit “Accept,” and can see my image on the screen but nothing else, and then call is dropped/it disconnects. I’m extremely disappointed. Someone needs to work on this. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star I just wanted to see my momma before her sentencing and it won’t work they need this fixed asap😡
Horrible and heartbreaking and a waste of money
I’m trying to see my loved one and I cannot. We are wasting money every time we try to use this app. It is making my loved one very frustrated and ruining our visitation. How could you offer such an app if it doesn’t work! You’re giving false hope to everybody and stealing our money!

Sometimes he has to try to video call 20 times for it to connect and other times it won’t connect at all! It’s ver frustrating and needs to be updated ASAP

Doesn't work all it does is crash, doesn't answer calls just crashes.
Video Won’t Even Work.
i’ll get the notification that someone is calling, and i’ll answer, get a white screen, then redirected to the home page.
